    THE WAY I WRITE

    My writing is self discovery; it is for you to make sense of it. Say to yourself I should be doing blank when Brian talks about doing xyz in certain situations.

    We all know the answers to our own questions, I just help you to map it out so you can answer your own questions by realizing the answers to what you are wondering about doing.

    These are quick fixes designed to be straight to the point. You can land on page and pull info right from it to apply it to your life right away.

    I hope I do repeat myself, it is because you need to hear it as the message is important. The message needs to reach you from different perspectives that I have had went through them in my life with new perspectives that should be shared with you so one of them resonates with you.

    A lot of this is me calling myself out on what I feel I need to be doing better because I hold myself to a high standard. The other side of all this is when I see people drop the ball and not do the right thing for the customer which causes me much frustration.

    Tell me about your business:

    I want to hear you tell me about what the main thing your business produces is?

    What is it that your business does?

    Why is it that people choose to buy/hire you for what they need resolved?

    What is it, that special twist you put on what it is you do?

    Established Requirements:

    What is it that you need to establish with those that work for you?

    I’m looking for help in this area with xyz

    I’m looking for you to do xyz and not to do xyz

    Staff not performing their job duties:

    Your staff is not delivering on xyz tasks that you require of that job position?

    Do they know those requirements are required of them?

    To which degree do they really need to perform at to barley keep production going versus soaring?

    Why would staff want to do the things outlined in some employee hand book even if they remember half of it?

    Do people count you out?

    I will find your strengths and what you are best at

    Lets focus on what you are good at

    Lets fix what you are not doing so well and why you are doing those things that are holding you back.

    What’s easier, running away or running towards your issue?

    Is that consuming you? You know it is

    Its not that big of an issue for you to knock it down with each swing for your issue to be a manageable size to confront

    Do you want to deal with having 98% of your issue lingering around you when you 2% of your direction towards the issue you want to get resolved? Would you rather have 2 % of the issue you want?

    You are living off 20% and avoiding the other 80%

    Wouldn’t it be easier to just do what you know and it will give you the majority of what you want

    Your living off of just 20% of what you could be bringing in

    You probably don’t care about getting anything in the future if you don’t get rid of what you are holding onto that you don’t want

    You don’t have the mental energy to push up to the next level to give to give to your business what it needs to be performing where you want it to be

    You don’t have the focus to put into your business to get it working to the degree it needs to be performing at

    You can’t keep operating at your current level with your current tactics if you want to see an improvement

    You won’t be able to see what you need to see in order for you to get unstuck from where you are at

    All you are seeing is problems and you keep putting your attention in them

    YOU NEED GUIDANCE IN MAKING THE RIGHT DECISIONS

    You don’t make decisions because you are not decisive; you need to be asked what you want, don’t want, have done in the past and what percentage of desired result came from that.

    You can’t go around thinking I thought it wasn’t working so I stopped it

    You never measured what you thought wasn’t working so how you are supposed to know what the amount of the first objective you were trying to fix instead of how well when could of just made a simple tweak to your original issue that you wanted addressed and it would have been fine because it was only 5% away from where you wanted it to be. Then you wouldn’t have had to completely shift course. Do all that stuff to only improve 3%; that 3% wouldn’t even cover your original 5%

    What direction do you want to go?

    You don’t think you can, I think you can

    You could go any direction you want to go, you don’t even have to stay on the paved track, why not go on your own course; who the heck determined you should make a left here and go right at that point

    You say that you cant, I say that you can because you can only see what’s in front of you and I can see all of your strong suits that you can implement them where they are most needed for you to get what you think is unattainable

    What level of control do you want?

    If you have little control you will end up driving slow around the race track and driving only to the level of car control you have and that will have you finish the race close to the end

    What you have is what you will get

    If you had more control you could handle things coming at you at faster speeds and you would be able to react to them with your higher level of control and ultimately finish the race in a higher position.

    What do you want?

    What do you want?

    What are you worried about?

    What are you focused on?

    What do you put more attention on?

    What do you have control of?

    What do you need to be to feel satisfied?

    What’s the biggest challenge in your industry?

    Have you addressed that issue before?

    What did you do to eliminate it?

    What percentage of accomplishment did you get?

    Are you going to do the same as you did in the past, do nothing, the past tactics mixed with a little new flairs; or a completely new strategy going forward?

    What do you struggle with?

    You can do it, doesn’t matter what your idols can do.

    Take whatever you get from hearing them and use that to help you where you are needing help the most

    You don’t have to feel that you cant get to the level you see someone else at because you compere yourself to them and say to yourself that I cant be like him, I cant do what he is doing, I cant tell stories like that , speak that way, just talk to people and see what they want

    all the things you are afraid to do you are already doing them

    did you ask for a job at company?

    Have you went back and forth on price when buying something alright you negotiated on what you want?

    You are not doing it in fear of it not happening. If it doesn’t work out are you going to be in a worse of place that you are in now, probably not; so go and do it.

    Are you waiting to hit the bottom before starting to climb?

    So are you not going to do anything about your situation until it is at the point where it stops you in your tracks and you cant go any further and are then forced to make necessary changes or are you going to implement on a level that will start to gain you momentum with what you are ultimately seeking

    So what’s the problem?

    Blah blah blah, you keep on talking about you want to do this and that

    Now ask yourself what is the hang-up that is keeping you away with
