    I wake up to the alarm and set on the side of the bed next to my husband Arron. We have been married for fifteen years and have two children. My name is Chris Talbort and I am thirty-seven years of age.

    Stumbling to the bathroom I am half awake dreading having to get up at five every day. As I wash my face, I stare at the reflection in the mirror.
