One Day Mindfulness Millionaire is all about making mindfulness money (basically strengthening mindfulness networks) and becoming rich in mindfulness. You could be a pauper (in the traditional sense) and be a mindfulness millionaire. You could be a billionaire (in the traditional sense) and be a pauper from mindfulness money point of view. Each minute of mindfulness practice (mindfully engaged in a mundane activity) is given a Mindfulness$ (like Bitcoin - another currency) amount. This helps us share the idea that when we do not engage mindfulness networks (aka we are not being mindful, living mindfully), we are leaving money on the table! We are missing a chance to make ourselves resilient and happy.

Your mission for today, if you choose to accept it, is to earn one million mindfulness dollars.J
One conscious breathing dose (CBD – LOL) (awareness of breathing in and breathing out) = $10 (mindfulness money)
Minimum daily target: 100 CBDs or the equivalent (see Table 1): $1000 daily mindfulness money earned. Note: Each breath = 1 CBD. So, 100 CBDs a day would take about 15 minutes total time on average. It is best to spread out taking CBDs throughout the day.
300 CBDs per day or the equivalent = $3000 daily mindfulness money in the mindfulness bank = a one-day mindfulness millionaire (more than $1 million earned in a year at this rate).
