Distributed practice is one of the easiest and most popular
techniques used to enhance the memory of human brain. This
particular practice is well known because of the positive results

Summary
Distributed practice, spaced practice and spaced repetition are all the names of one single method of learning which claims that if the sessions of learning something are distributed in a pattern over a certain time period, then a human brain can remember much more of that data than that from a single long sitting. A single sitting is a traditional and popularly opted way of learning something. But psychologists believe that this way is not very effective when it comes to learning something for a long time. Single stressful sessions won’t help retain any of the knowledge in the long-term memory of your brain. On the other hand, distributed sessions and practice does exactly the opposite. When it comes to distributed practice, one must divide the sessions of learning and
