    Distributed practice, spaced practice and spaced repetition are all the names of one single method of learning which claims that if the sessions of learning something are distributed in a pattern over a certain time period, then a human brain can remember much more of that data than that from a single long sitting. A single sitting is a traditional and popularly opted way of learning something. But psychologists believe that this way is not very effective when it comes to learning something for a long time.
