Dedication
This book is dedicated to my mother, Marian. Since I was a child you urged that I write more and I rebelled, thinking I had it all figured out, it is funny how these things come full circle. Thank you for always believing in me.
The poem listed below was written while I was in third grade and won second place in a district poetry contest. Although I did not think much of it back then, I find it oddly prophetic now considering the path of realization that led to the manifestation of this book. Thank you for saving it all this time. I love and appreciate you.
Fear (Written In 2001)
Running, running, constantly running, running very fast.
Through the woods far, far away.
Where no one has ever been.
Frightened, cold, hungry and thirsty.
Running from someone that I see every day.

We use self-reference to find ourselves and critical thinking to overcome the boundaries of our perception that will ultimately allow us the chance to evolve.
The journey to this conclusion, in relationship to Love and Sanity, has been a roller coaster ride that both began and ended with heartbreak, thus the theme selection.
During my lifetime, I have become a walking compilation of information. At the beginning of year 2018, I embarked on a journey that has allowed me to find the experience I needed to tie a lifetime of passive studying and four years of active studying on this specific area of need, into a translatable concept of healing that I
