- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Pretty Interesting book to read! Very, very detailed and concise summary. Dave Asprey is known as a lifestyle guru and while his methods could be extreme at times, we cannot deny that they are effective. Good knowledge bombs in this book!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If there was a prize for writing the word "mitochondria" in a book, Dave Asprey would be the winner by a MILE. That's not such a bad thing, since he's teaching people how to hack their biology, with mitochondria as the basis of that, but wow - the last time I saw the word written so much was in high school biology.
