Sun Tzu's The Art of War Made Easy - Titu Doley
Preface
Sun Tzu’s The Art of War is considered one of the best books on ancient wisdom on military leadership, strategies and tactics. Though written more than 2000 years ago, it is still relevant and the principles of warfare in it can be applied to contemporary conflicts in the world.
There are numerous sources for learning Sun Tzu’s philosophy of warfare in The Art of War. This book, Sun Tzu’s The Art of War Made Easy, has been written to make the process of acquiring the knowledge in The Art of War easy. Unlike other books on the subject, this book is presented in an easy to read and grasp question and answer format.
The idea of writing this book came to me in 2017 when I was writing the Introduction section of my book titled Mastering the Art of War by Sun Tzu (ISBN: 9780999682111). In the Introduction section of that book I wrote some of the questions a reader will be able to answer by reading the book. I thought why not create a book which transforms the entire content of the The Art of War into easy to read and comprehend questions and answers. The introduction section of this book contains all the questions answered in this book. If the reader is seeking an answer to a specific question, he can quickly look up the questions in the introduction section and then go to the chapter having the answer.
I hope that you find this book valuable in quickly learning Sun Tzu’s philosophy and highly practical principles of war. Moreover, I believe that you will apply the profound knowledge gained on the art of war for only good causes. And, if you have any feedback on this book, please email me at aowmadeeasy@gmail.com
