A Marriage Rooted in Evil, Lust, Lies, and Money

About this ebook
Raven met Franklin and fell in love. They got married and had a child. Their lives seemed to be ideal, and Ravens faith in God grew as did her relationship with her husband. Yet, things are not always as they seem. Soon, it became apparent that Franklin was no longer the man she married; he was an adulterer, a liar, and he began to drink liquor heavy.
Things deteriorated rapidly, and Franklin even turned Ravens own daughter against her. When he ended up facing criminal charges, he pulled Raven into the mess. It seemed like things could not get any worse, yet Raven still had faith in a loving creator. Through the tribulations of a broken relationship, she learned it was impossible to build a marriage without God; it was impossible, even, to build a life without Him.
Raven Kane
Raven Kane grew up in Brooklyn, New York. Although married for twenty-three years, she is now divorced. She has four children, and following her sister’s death, she adopted and raised her two children, too. She works at a hospital as a patient advocate.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I would like to thank God for pressing me in my spirit to write this book, and giving me the knowledge and wisdom, to go forward. God was reminding me daily that he was there for me the entire time. I am so pleased that I kept my focus on the Lord, and my relationship was very intense and a personal one with him. I trust and believe God that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and he would deliver me out of this situation by my faith. I allowed him to use me in many areas of my life to be a witness and a light to his word. Although I had many tests, trials and tribulations I was facing. I continue to stay humble to be a blessing to others, and extend my hands to who needed me, and I knew needed my help. I would like to thank everyone for encouraging me to write and tell my story. There are so many other women that are facing domestic abuse in their life and marriage. You too! can be healed, delivered and set free. God is wonderful and you can come out feeling blessed as I did. I was always told by so many people, I had a way with words, writing and expression. Some of my family/friends or foes may say my book is cruel how can I air my business. Because the mere fact of it. It is true God brought me through it, and I am certainly not a shame of the truth and gospel. Thanking God for his covering over my life.
