O.K. you’ve tried it your way. Is it working out for you, or are you in a bigger mess than when you started? Why don’t things work out according to your plan? You’ve tried to make all the right decisions, taken everything into account, analysed the whole scenario of your life from beginning to end, and it’s still not working out for you. You get frustrated, angry, disheartened, and disappointed with your life; with those around you, and with the rest of the world. It seems that you’re the only one that understands you. What’s wrong with the rest of the world and why can’t they see things the way you see them and simply understand you?

After long deliberations and countless restless nights filled with torment and anguish, you might have considered trying another approach in the quest for some measure of harmony and happiness in your life, so off you go through the motions again, only to find that you are faced with either the same set of problems or a whole set of new ones. Another brick wall to tackle; another mountain to scale. You wreck your head and body trying to reason why nothing is working out in your life after you have tried so hard.

Whether or not your present circumstances have been brought about by your own choices or by the influence of someone else, there are always reasons why the end results are either favourable or unfavourable. Sometimes we have to delve deeper into the archives of our life to gain an understanding of why certain events happen, and whilst this is not something we enjoy subjecting ourselves to, it is vital for our physical and spiritual well-being, to unblock distorted emotional pathways, which we, as well as others, have contributed to in our lives. Whatever state your life is in at the moment has been partly due to the choices you or someone else has made, and the result of those choices continually evolves to shape your life.

Perhaps you have never considered the spiritual side of your life because you just weren’t aware that one existed, and even if you had some inkling, perhaps you didn’t know enough about it to form an opinion either way.

When the things of this world seem to be hurled upon us, it can be a heavy burden to deal with and very often causes us anxiety, frustration and
