Carrie is the creator of the Run Yourself Happy System and an inspirational author, speaker, teacher, and coach. Carrie has three children, Quinn, Brady, and Chase, and lives in her hometown of Huntington Beach, California, where she operates a successful coaching business out of her home. Carrie has a passion for entrepreneurship, personal growth, and spiritual practice. She has found that turning her daily run into a happiness practice has completely changed the course of her life and business, and helps other women entrepreneurs to do the same.
