Finding the Silver Lining in Divorce: What to Do When "I Do" Turns into "I Don't"
()
About this ebook
When my husband and I were divorcing, the only thing we agreed on was that he did not like me and I did not like myself. Twenty-four years after saying I Do, I said I Dont. That decision propelled my on a spiritual, healing, mystical journey that continues to enrich my life. Healing during and after divorce or any trauma can be very challenging, even when you know it is in the best interest of everyone concerned. I wanted to figure out why I chose this particular person to marry, and how to make a more educated choice in the future. Those thought systems led me on a healing, self-discovery journey. After my ex-husband spoke through a medium and said, Sign up on the internet for your book, I decided to follow his advice! My wish is that this workbook will be a road map on your journey to empowerment.

For my deceased ex-husband, who spoke from heaven, saying Sign up for your business on the Internet
at the exact time I received a mass e-mail from Balboa Press about self-publishing.

It is what it is.
The way you cope with it is what makes the difference."

"I am lovable.
If, earlier in your life, others could not express their love to you, it was because they were blocked. Not because of some defect in you."

Foreword
The only sadnesses that are dangerous and unhealthy are the ones that we carry around in public in order to drown them out with the noise; like diseases that are treated superficially and foolishly, they just withdraw and after a short interval break out again all the more terribly; and gather inside us and are life, are life that is unlived, rejected, lost, life that we can die of.
—Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet
When I first met Kendra Hurd, I was gripped by a fear that I would die with my life unlived, with all my passion and possibility unmet and unexpressed. Working with Kendra and the lessons of this book taught me to live in the question of a moment, and for that I am forever grateful. She said, Know your passion, pursue your passion, and let go of the end,
meaning, once you know the seed of your desire, you simply need to water and care for it, and the dream grows itself. I did, and it did—and I never looked back. That day
