I Am Co-Creator: Live. Intensely. Fully. Eternally.

About this ebook
One was my dad. When he was sick, I told myself that if he needed a heart transplant, Id kill myself for him to have my heart,so he could continue on living.
The other person was my baby brother. Even though I had a sister a year younger than me, when my brother was born 4 years after me, I became really close to him. Close to him to the point that I wouldve given my life away so he could continue on living.
Here is what I have learnt: with all the love I have for my dad, he passed away when his time came.
With all the love I have for my baby brother, he decided to follow the recommendation of a church to no longer interact with me.
SO the lesson is:
I can and will never be able to save someone.
My life is sacred and is to be lived by me fully. Eternally.
I am the master of my own destiny, no one else is. In the same way, I am not the master of anyone elses destiny.
Being aware of this, I am choosing to step away and let everyone be the MASTER of their own DESTINY.
Mabelle Wilsi
Born in Ivory Coast- having later travelled around, and lived in, various parts of Africa, Europe and Canada - Mabelle Wilsi has led an exciting, adventurous and richly inspired life. Not only is Mabelle one of nine children, but also she is the daughter of a once well-known and revered holistic healer. Prescribing traditional medicine along with alternative energy practices, Mabelle’s father - when alive - healed many patients who suffered from what were thought to be incurable diseases. After her father’s death, Mabelle realized she, too, had special, unconventional healing abilities: she could heal through touch as well as with the universe power. Around this time, Mabelle also began tapping into her divine spirit and discovered she was highly intuitive; she began receiving guidance as well as sacred messages from above which offered her many helpful insights. In later years, Mabelle went on to study, and become certified, in a number of alternative healing modalities such as Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Psychosomatic healing, Emotional Stress Relief and what is referred to as Touch for Health; in addition to healing others, these practices have also helped deepen Mabelle’s connection to her father and spirit guides with whom she communicates with on a daily basis. At the moment, Mabelle’s latest endeavour is to develop a self-sustaining orphanage in Togo; this, too, is a mission inspired by her divine contact. Mabelle happily and whole-heartedly continues her journey, quieting her mind and listening to the profound guidance from within: she neither questions nor doubts her knowingness, having ultimate faith she is always steered in the direction she needs to go, to grow and fulfill her purpose on Earth. In addition to surrendering to her higher power, Mabelle encourages others to look within - for divine inspiration and guidance - as well. In the wise words of the venerable Carl Jung, “Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks within, awakens.”

Foreword
LIFE. What is life?
How can I impact my own life to make every day worth of being lived?
How do I get the answers to all the questions I ask myself?
How can I reel on my thoughts and bring forth the type of LIFE I want to live?
It is the story of who I was, who I am and who I aspire to become.
The words come on their own. One word at the time, eventually it becomes an amazing story, an amazing story of my personal growth, my realization and the love for the magnificent being I AM.
May part of this book or the entire book inspire you on your OWN very UNIQUE life path.
At the end of each chapter, you have the opportunity to write part of your own story.
With love
Mabelle Wilsi.
Introduction
I met Mabelle when she was studying. She came often to the old farm where I live and she helped with gardening and cooking.
She smiled and laughed all the time. She was a helper and a shoulder for everyone. Really! Her teachers, her friends, people around her always appreciated her presence, her way of being.
Mabelle seemed always happy and without worries… And she never really spoke about herself, about her life and about her past. I could feel a certain contrast between her outside world and her inner difficulties to meet herself. She needed time to learn about herself through Life experiences…
She jumped into the unknown, into Life… She - again - found courage and enough confidence to go where her soul pushed her. And she succeeded every time in exploring life and to observing her own way. I’m sure she will continue that way… Her way!
Both we go on through our own life’s experiences and we share our spiritual growths by Skype and e-mails. Thank you to those technologies which didn’t exist when I was Young… We meet from time to time but Love remains like we live under the same roof.
I hope you enjoy her story (I do!) and that it could inspire you on your own Life Journey!
I am grateful I know Mabelle, I am grateful to be able to share with her who we are, I am grateful to be her friend!

Chapter One
21545.pngPresent
Be present in my LIFE, allow it to nourish that power within.
I co-create. IAM
"I learn from everyone I meet on my path
and from every situation I encounter in my life"
Live Intensely Fully Eternally
I am breathing; I am present; all falls in place
Be present in my life; allow it to nourish that power within. Work with my feminine energy, accept it. I co-create, I am.
I ask myself how I can stay grounded in everyday life. The desire to stay grounded is constantly present, but then there are times where I’d rather be in my head, avoiding situation or not listening to the person in front of me because s-he is annoying
.
The truth is I learn from everyone I meet on my path. What in this person is annoying me so much?
I was going to a meditation class. I decided to park on the side of the road, there was a car behind me; I forgot to put the signal, but I drove my car to the right, to leave him enough room to pass it. He didn’t see it that way. He drove up to the same level as my car and waited for me to turn toward him. I was busy unbuckling my seat belt and getting the manual I needed for the course. Maybe it took a minute. When I turn, ready to get out of the car, he was still there and had an angry face. I have no idea what he was saying, I couldn’t hear it, and I didn’t waste any energy trying to read his lips.
My 1st thought was man, you really need to meditate, maybe you need to come to this class with me
. He passed me, and I went to the course. During the course I was imagining myself having super power, like being able to run really fast. I was imagining myself running beside his car, stopping it, and making him come to the meditation class so he can understand that he doesn’t need to be angry. Those thoughts left me smiling.
I learned not to take someone else’s anger, misery or depression personally, as I used to do.
I learned how to breathe.
Yes I know, I breathe every day, big deal. We all do, but how conscious am I of my breath? It is natural, so I often forget that I am even breathing, until I stop and take a deep breath that fill up my lungs and exhale, emptying my lungs completely. I feel right away grounded when I do so, I am more present in what I am doing. And if I am still finding the person in front of me so annoying, then I observe that person more, and I see beyond the person.
