Spiritual Vagrancy: And the Art of Skipping Lightly
()
About this ebook
The initial name for this book was Snapshots, which describes my poetry perfectly. Firstly, quick insights into whatever is playing out in the moment waking up in the morning to a dream continuing. Secondly, reflecting back emotionally the unfinished episodes of yesteryear a previous landlady wiping out two months rent so I could start afresh. Thirdly, joyful ranting on my soapbox, verbally challenging another view.
Then there is a prayerful side to it, which I find essential and which is nice to share. Some of these are part of my continuous practice.
My present life cultivation is holding with others the energy of the five-acre field You will find the five-acre field on the ground where you walk!
Valentine A. Molloy
Valentine Molloy arrived in London in 1966, the year of the World Cup and the age of flower power. It was an amazing time. Much later, while studying Lightbody, he discovered Glastonbury, found the spirit of then alive and active today. It is an amazing time now. He was inspired to write this book as a way of saying thank you.

Spiritual Vagrancy is an anthology of poems that delves deep into our secret lives, fearlessly breaking the taboos that fetter the human consciousness. Earthy, comical, political, spiritual, the unimaginable is shouted from the rafters, the unspeakable whispered from the shadows, and the improbable held in the space where our feelings matter.
Tenderly empathic as we dare to dream in our ordinary lives, Valentine Molloy writes our experiences with a caretaker’s invisible compassion, painstakingly retrieving our detritus and handing it back to us functional, beautiful, and precious again.

The beloved Eva Sperling, who assisted in transforming the many scattered poems into book form.
And my sparkly friend Nilima Raichoudhury, who holds the energy of the five acre field with me.

Love Well-Travelled
Just follow your heart and all will fall into place
Whatever
Anytime, anyhow, anyway, anywhere
Be brave in your choices, love you this day
Home
Like dragon wings flying freely, my love for you
soaring, sweeping, swooning
nestles in the shrine of true love
all warm and sparkly
I am home in Thee
Good Morning, Sweetheart
Good morning, my love, good morning my dear
I reach out my hand, wish you were here
I call out your name, I treasure
