About this ebook

This book acts as a pivotal role in my growth as a writer, while it explains the darker themes of life. It proves to be something of a anomaly because of the way it displays my information, which is in the way of later Elizabeth Bishop, with an overuse of alliteration and consonance producing a colorful array of words and phrases. In this way of writing it gives me a formula which acts as an advantage to write better and be a better poet. In other words, this book proves to be one of my best works as a writer and I hope the reader enjoys it just as much as I do.

Regrets from last night with a headache cure

Space dead head revolving in perfect slow motion

Lonely stars with no one to be with

    The spotlight shines for them

Millions of night time torches lighting the way

A plot stands ready for a closed group of farmers

They stretch the profits and harvest to an equal amount

Sighs of rest and wanting more from the night

Fake daydreams waiting for the actual dream itself

Spring forwards to the depths of ground

Chalked up in dirt from the shoes on up

The light shines in the window from passing cars

Closed intimacy and mutually exclusive ties

Bound by the wrists in a better structured relationship

Paper airplanes from a youth yet remembered

Forget those times but nostalgia stands as a blockade

Diving into it is worth it

But what is left is just

Two hundred cigarettes piled on a fiery ashtray

Touch the hand that dealt you the ring
