I am not an expert, nor am I extraordinary but just like you a human endeavoring for peace, bliss and happiness. Over the years I have attended workshops, classess, seminars, read books, watch movies and listened to audio recordings from whcih I have gleaned and put into my own words,(soul food) principles, skills, constructs and practices. I am an licensed clinical social worker, personal and professional life coach, business consultant and conduct a weekly dating and relationship group for self-actualizing and holistically evolving men and women. I enjoy meditation, yoga, jazz, scrabble, being in nature, the beach, am obsessed with dolphins, chess , writing affirmations, poetry, prose and in the near future a book on functional/enlightened relationships. I reside and practice in Santa Monica California.
