    Preface

The reality of the Father’s love has been a revelation to me all of my life. I did not, however, have a personal relationship with Jesus, Yahshua (the proper Hebrew name for Jesus), until I was in my thirties. I was surrounded by love all of my life as my brothers and my sister and I were my mother’s heart’s desire. She not only kissed and hugged us frequently, but also showed her love in the intense enjoyment of every part of our lives. She used to go to my college classes with me, and was a familiar and loved face at my jobs! She encouraged us to find an interest and jumped in with us to learn and grow. My mother bought my first show dog and soon became my helper at every show. My friends all loved her. She went with us to horse shows, and as we traveled along country roads looking for horses to see, pet and talk to, she was with us, making the time brighter. After I was saved, I was delivered from my passion for dogs and horses, a miraculous work of the Lord (Yahveh, Hebrew for Lord). My brothers, sister and I all received college educations. My older brother David, a physics and math major; my sister Sally, four years older, a teacher; my younger brother Bill, a biochemist; and me, an art, English\communications major. My father died when I was sixteen and I remember him as a quiet, gentle man with little to say. He was probably overwhelmed!

The first church I attended, and in which I was saved, was a church of great love. My pastor, James P. Foster, and his wife, Cozetta, had six natural children, but we were all their family. Their love extended to the whole community, and I can still see Pastor talking to people in every walk of life, anywhere he happened to be. He started a citywide prayer meeting for pastors, which I sometimes attended. I learned how to pray while listening to him; and he gave me a key to the church so I could go there anytime I wanted to pray. He is well loved in many people’s hearts and will always be in mine.

All of this love was God preparing me for my destiny, which he told me as I laid on my face one morning in the church. My Father had given me much and much was required. As a messenger carrying a message of justice from the Father’s heart, I have been allowed to pour out His love on many who have never known what it was like to be hugged by anyone. As a new believer I was often confused at the broken people who came into my life, but now I know it was the hand of God.

God has lavished His love on me in all areas and I cannot praise Him enough to show my heart at His care and protection of me! His hand has been on me all this time for His service. My life has been one miracle and blessing after another. I stand in awe at His purity and holiness. His joy and peace is my anchor. He has been faithful at setting me with people whom I love and who love God with all of their heart!

    God Bless You

    Acknowledgements

First, to my heavenly Father, my Friend, who poured out His love on me for my entire life. What he means to me is beyond mere words. Glory!

I give glory, and honor, and praise to Jesus, Yahshua, my Lord and Savior, the lover of my soul. I want to know you more and more, Lord, Yahveh(Hebrew for Lord), until I am saturated with Your beauty and character.

I thank my Lord, Yahveh, for his precious Holy Spirit, without whom there would be no visible manifestation of power or His gifts in me. He was always there to comfort me, teach me, lead me, and guide me.

To my family, who has always stood by me in my many intense interests, the last and the best, my journey towards the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus, Yahveh Yahshua!

To my many wonderful, beautiful friends who have given up their lives for me in many ways, too numerous to mention, so I will give honor to those who have known me for fifteen years or more:

Pastor James P. Foster and his wife Cozetta, who, with the whole church family, wove a blanket of warmth and security around me in the early days of my salvation. They have a special place in my heart.

Shirley Howard, who, even the first time I met her, I knew she was special. Her roots in God are firmly grounded: and she has encouraged many a young person to follow the Lord. I respect her gift of discernment, and she is a mighty prayer warrior. She has often given to me and gone without herself; and, she is one of God’s blessings in my life.

Cindy Anderson, my friend of many years, has stood by me through many trials and seasons. She is a mighty, godly woman of great virtue and anointing. I will always love and cherish her.

Norma and Jerry Maccoux. What can I say about these two who have been there for me through thick and thin? Norma and I have laughed together, shared sorrow and blessings, and prayed through many situations to victory. Jerry, you are my friend forever!

Marvy DeHoney has never failed to show me, and countless others, the boundless love of the Father. If her heart wore clothes, it would wear an xxxxxl! She has given of her home, energy and hospitality to me many times. Her wisdom and knowledge I hold in high esteem.

Since writing this book, God has put some special women in my life. The Rod, Staff and Sword prayer group has literally rescued me and hidden me in their ranks. This mighty group consists of: Darlene Martinson, a woman of compassion and a warrior; Marcia Riggens, lover of God’s Word; Sue De Bruin, a person God trusts with strategies and action; Sharon Van Der Veer, lover of God and His Presence; Charlene Schippers, woman of great wisdom; Jane Northey, a REAL live wire of prophetic revelation; and Genese Molitor, a Friend of Jesus.

The Birthing of the Father’s Love in Our Life

Phil. 1:9-11 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; that ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

There is a place in God, not of strong emotions or noticeable manifestations, but one of stillness and knowledge of God in an intimate way.

Never say you know all about a person’s ways, because people are subject to change. Circumstances, health and spiritual levels subject us, often, to degrees of change based on our level of spiritual maturity. God never changes; His ways are past finding out. (Romans 11:33) He is sure and unmoving in His character. We can know that every second, every moment, His word is yes and amen, and every promise is for us.

11Cor.1:20 "For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen, unto the glory
