Addie Patricia Bennett was born in Manhattan, New York.  She grew up in the state of Alabama after her parents decided to move back south. She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology.  She is currently pursuing graduate studies in a dual degree program. She resides in a suburban area of Atlanta, Georgia.
