Foreword
My writings are an attempt to flip a switch,
turn on a light or gently tap you on the shoulder.
They are an attempt to suddenly make some things so clear
or lose their weight or pain altogether for the reader.
It is like writing a letter to get something out
and in speaking
the words,
finally hearing what they actually say and mean.
Journaling these dreams and thoughts were my effort
to figure out what they were saying
or offer a perception not previously explored.
This book, I feel, is an opportunity to explore
by holding the words in one’s hand
and seeing what they elicit from an individual.
It is an
