Jerrel Dean Parent was an army paratrooper (Korea), took his MS from Oklahoma State University, and is retired from Rehabilitative Services. His children are Terence, Douglas, Hayley (deceased), and Stacy. He has five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He lives in Chouteau, Oklahoma, with his wife, Linda, and their three cats.
