With Grannies kitchen as the portal, the two are whisked off to Planet Fuji, whose existence relies on its orchards and its production of apples. But something has gone awry: some trees are dying, others are producing less fruit, the apples are less flavorful, and the nutritional value of the apples is decreasing. Grannie and Pickles must discover the cause and a find solution to restore the health of Fujis apples to ensure the planets survival.
