Egypt is important for, and part of, Christian Salvation history in both the Old and New Testament. Christians and Muslims both hold the faith of Abraham, adore the one Creator and Merciful God. Our whole journey of life should be one of prayerful communication with God. It is through prayers that we express our faith, love and hope. Dr.Ko’s book seeks to express the linkage between prayer and faith. It reaffirms that by constant praying, we become continually aware of God’s loving presence in our lives and, place our love for Him before all other things.

    – Christina Loong, Head of Human Resources, Regional Commercial Banking Asia Pacific, HSBC Hong Kong

Prayer is persevering. It’s a Grace that comes internally and not externally. But many want to feel good externally and so prayer is not persevering. However when prayer comes persevering and continuously, then it comes fruitful within and one comes a light of Jesus to the world.

    – Fr. Christopher Soosaipillai, Parish Priest, Church of the Good Shepherd, Setapak, KL & Director of Archdiocese Vocation Promotion Team, Malaysia
