Life Is Calling: How To Manifest Your Life Plan. Concise Pocket/Handbag Version
()
About this ebook
Nothing about you is haphazard. You chose your look, your location, your loved ones and friends, your home and your surroundings, the food you eat, music preferences, what you laugh and cry at, books you read, vocation, hobbies, work, interests and more besides. You're a living breathing work in continual progression, you are creating and expressing even now. Yet given all of that - how often are you happy?
Every day is a new day - it's another chance to recreate, to make a difference, to redraw who you are and what you do. How you live, interact and connect with daily life means everything, for your achievements you'll take back with you to Spirit as your personal contribution to life, to physicality and to time…
Each passing day is a new chance to create - it's a blank page sitting, waiting to be written. How you use it and what you write is completely your own choice, what you do and how you live is up to you. You are completely individual, free and quite unique, no one else upon the planet is exactly like you. No one knows the life you know or has had the same experience, no one thinks in the same manner - or moves in the same circles... No one else upon Earth's surface can replace you.
Everything you are - connects and integrates, all you've been and ever will be - stems from choices and decisions you have taken. Yes other people interact, but they too are on a journey of their making. They too need to belong, to be loved and understood, they too search for the place they feel they fit. To know exactly who we are we must first know who we're not, and every answer that is needed lies within.

There are many people in this world, each on their own path, living their own life and moving towards their own destiny. This is good. This is how things were meant to be.
Every human being is born individually. Each member of any family is individual. Every person born to the earth is unique.
The life we are given is the sole responsibility of the owner. What we do with our time and the path we choose to tread is up to us entirely.
People may think they are at the beck and call and mercy of others but the opposite is true. We have the ability to choose for ourselves whether we follow or not. This is how it should be.
Just for today, notice the tune that you dance to. Is it one of your own designs, or do you move to the rhythm of another’s choice?

Trouble will always come to attack your day. It is up to you to remain above and unaffected by it.
Trouble is part and parcel of life. It comes in many guises and can ruin a perfectly happy day in seconds.
Trouble is not there to make us buckle under its weight; instead can be a means for growth. It is nature’s way of clearing the old to make way for the new. It can force us to look at situations that in reality should have been checked long ago.
Trouble is a way to clear the air – just like the thunderstorms of nature. It forcibly removes blockages that otherwise close our way to a better flow of life.
Just as the tide must ebb and flow, so must the currents of life. We can either wallow in our sorrow at the things we encounter, or we can look for the clearest and most effective solution to the problem. The choice is ours.
Just for today, notice the trouble that you encounter. Silently ask that it can be recycled for your highest good. Ask that you can remain as small as possible to enable it to blow over quickly.

I must learn to stay in a positive frame of mind at all times. Only this can lead to peace of mind and a greater understanding of the situation at hand.
A positive frame of mind is not always easy to obtain and then retain. Only a quiet mind can look positively outward at what needs to be addressed. Stress is today’s most common complaint of the mind as we expect it to multitask at every opportunity. Not only this, but we are receptive to the stress vibrations of others as well.
At the first sign of stress within yourself, stop and take some long deep breaths. Bring your mind back to a central, peaceful position. Focus on the task you are performing or must perform next. Address only what needs to be done now. Take one step at a time exactly as it arises and keep yourself centred and calm throughout.
Stress is a symptom. It is a sign that you are being pulled in too many directions at once. You are not a machine.
Just for today, mentally send your thoughts upward and ask for your stress to be removed. Ask that your energy can be as small as a grain of sand until the onslaught is over. Ask that situations around you be recycled and returned in the manner with which you can cope. Ask that you receive both peace of mind and the energy you need to take you comfortably through your day.
The more you recycle your stress and the clamouring of thoughts that it brings, the more you will keep your centre of mind in peace and balance. Only this will give you a positive connection to the moment at hand.

I must remember that it is what I do in this life that counts.
Life is like a symphony in motion. Each person must live the part that is unique to his or her self. The promises we make to ourselves and to others remain null and void, without action behind them to bring them to life.
Actions are the creative manifestation of thoughts we have had. Only physical manifestation can gather life unto itself
Thoughts remain just that – thoughts. Only the things we do and say can play the part they must in the scheme of life.
Only that which we have built and shared can stand up in our favour at the time of our reckoning. Only things we actually do can leave their mark.
Just for today, do all that you know must be done. Put your thoughts into physical manifestation and let your deeds speak up for themselves.

Despite the storms that rage around my head, I must remain in the light and the love of God at all times.
During the heat of an argument and at the height of stress it is easy to loose your composure. Just as a pressure cooker lets off steam, we seem to feel better when we scream and shout. But that is not always the answer.
To scream and shout at another is to lose your own inner balance and relinquish your energy advantage. By giving in to the negativity of the moment you add more negative energy to an already volatile situation.
Like attracts like. That is the nature of physics. To become part of the storm is to be based in the fear of the moment. By remaining calm and open we can more easily attain the truest solution.
Just for today, recycle any negativity that surrounds you. Hand it up to God – for your highest good. Ask that your energy field be as small as a grain of sand and for all others around you to be the same. Take some deep breaths until you feel centred and calm enough to continue.
You are now firmly in the light once more.

I am learning to stay focused on the present.
The present is the here and now. This moment you are in. It is neither the past nor the future. It is not even this morning or this night yet to come.
During the course of a busy day we leave much of the present moment to automatic pilot. Our mind wanders freely wherever it chooses and we merely go along with its thoughts.
Just for today, try to keep your mind focused on only the task at hand. Send your thoughts up, for the highest good, and ask that you be given some help to remain focused fully in your present. Each time your mind begins to wander, ask again. Ask that all unnecessary thoughts be recycled and removed. At the end of the day notice how much better you feel and how much more you have achieved with your time.
12
I must please myself as often as I please others.
Pleasing yourself is not just a question of indulgence. Nor is it disregarding your responsibilities and commitments. It is about balance and being in tune with your inner needs. It is about not ignoring things you must put into action to keep your own life smoothly ticking over.
During the course of our life we try to live as easily and as happily as possible. We help others and put ourselves out. We feel good and of value as we prove that we care. But how often do we give our own self the same consideration? How often do we deprive ourselves of what we enjoy most – the simple things in life?
Just for today, take a few minutes out of your busy schedule to sit still in the sunshine. Sit down and deliberately take time out just for you, as you would happily do for someone else if you were asked.
15
I must go with the flow of life.
Life goes past in seconds yet the time allotted to each span is but a flicker in the flame of this planet’s existence.
The day we are in now is the most important one that we have. It is the link to the rest of our life as it separates our past from our future and gives us the power of creation.
Yet how many of us really notice individual moments themselves? This day and its now is already spent with every appointment and future plan that we make in advance, and the problem is that we do this so well we don’t even realize. We place the majority of our time on automatic pilot.
Just for today, take a fresh look at how you spend your time. Separate necessity from automatic. When you get a chance to slip in some spontaneity, then do so. Take advantage of an extra-unexpected opportunity and go with the flow. Life is never rigid and neither should we be.
16
I can only do my best at all times.
The best we can do – what does that mean? This can vary from person to person, day to day, mood to mood and moment to moment. Our best in conversation might differ when the actual time and event arise. Our best thoughts and intentions do not always materialize into best action.
The best we can do might be limited to money, time or a busy lifestyle or schedule. It may be hampered by mood swings or the opinions or influence of others. The best we think we can do might be less than we actually manage at the given time. Sometimes we surprise ourselves and sometimes we can fall short of expectation. But there is the key. At any given time what do we expect we should do? What do others expect of us? And are those expectations realistic or far too tall to ever be
