About this ebook
This book was born from inspiration during 13 nights of full moons where, without warning, I heard the song of an owl at late hours and felt the need to capture in short stories spiritual experiences of recent years, interactions in everyday life and certain feelings of unity or inner presence. As a game, I honored this perception and, from now on, on each full moon, I waited patiently for the "inner voice" to inspire me to write these poems to help the reader become aware of his personal development and present moment. I allowed it to flow as it felt, without explaining what I was writing or giving many interpretations to the sensations that went through my body. Regularly, he expressed himself by boosting the mind and thinking over and over again. This time, something was different, there was a guide or orientation that led me to feel what was happening in the totality of my being and give myself to something as complex as "trusting the invisible". This selection of 58 writings (55 + 3) responds to numbers that, faced with various situations of uncertainty or fear, have become a sign of companionship by guides, teachers or superior wisdom. In fact, over time these intuitions became a way of honoring these signs -considered to me as divine or superior- and thanking you for your silent companionship. Why the denomination of Intuitions and Hearts? I might rather say that they are inspirations, ideas that came from different emotional states. I honor them as poems-prose, in the context of being words with a clear intention of collectivity or unity I am convinced that we are approaching a threshold where the prevailing rationality is fading into the hands of art, intuition, creativity, spontaneity and play. The dimension of empathy or state of compassion is re-entering our consciousness to realize the damage we do to ourselves, our environment and, above all, to the ecosystem. The first steps are mental, therefore, this book is intended to gently and gradually reconnect you to the present instant or consciousness of human unity, through self-investigation of oneself and to question the sense of existing on planet Earth, especially in everyday life.

Conversations with an Owl - Cristian Sarmiento
Preface
This book was born from inspiration during 13 nights of full moons where, without warning, I heard the song of an owl at late hours and felt the need to capture in short stories spiritual experiences of recent years, interactions in everyday life and certain feelings of unity or inner presence. As a game, I honored this perception and, from now on, on each full moon, I waited patiently for the inner voice
to inspire me to write these poems to help the reader become aware of his personal development and present moment.
I allowed it to flow as it felt, without explaining what I was writing or giving many interpretations to the sensations that went through my body. Regularly, he expressed himself by boosting the mind and thinking over and over again. This time, something was different, there was a guide or orientation that led me to feel what was happening in the totality of my being and give myself to something as complex as trusting the invisible
I honor them as poems-prose, in the context of being words with a clear intention of collectivity or unity.
I am convinced that we are approaching a threshold where the prevailing rationality is fading into the hands of art, intuition, creativity, spontaneity and play.
I have been fortunate to be part of the busy world of academic studies in Chile and abroad, in the hurried world of banking business and solitary retirement to personal intimacy seeking to overcome repeated personal situations of all kinds. Writing these Intuitions and Hearts allowed me to collaborate with a grain of sand looking at me from another perspective and rediscover a space as mysterious as the consciousness is the state of love
, which was adrift by the hobby of thinking and explaining everything to me, such a dog behind his tail.
An affectionate embrace, Cristian
To Antonia, Pamela and Tomás......
And to the presence within each one of us.
Walking through the temple
Meditation is to realize that the only reality that exists at all times; it is the here and now.
Meditation is to realize how the mind plays between past and future, between frustration and
