We have come to a very perilous time in our history and the further we are divided the more in danger society is to a full collapse on a scale not seen since WW2. Each day that passes, we get closer to a point of no return.

The one single political commonality we all share is, we all have corrupt politicians! It is the one and only political thing that truly unites this planet, as a whole.

The United States Founding Fathers, when they authored the Declaration of Independence had a vision in mind of a type of government that was free from tyranny and oppression that they experienced under British rule.

I have followed the same premise as the Founding Fathers in the writing of this book. I have highlighted 11 of the major problems and flaws in our Democracy, which has led us into a state of tyranny, much like the Founding Fathers did when they listed the 13 He Has grievances of King George III.

I have then followed those 11 problems with a solution which I envisioned as a means to fix those fundamental flaws and bring about the kind of government that Abraham Lincoln envisioned when he uttered at Gettysburg when he spoke, That government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

Eventually, I hope to have these 11 solutions made into legislation to enact the type of government I have envisioned, much the same as the Founding Father’s hoped their Declaration of Independence would eventually be made into the Constitution of the United States of America, 11 years later.

It is well past the time to stand up and fight the tyranny and oppression of the world’s collective governments and corrupt politicians.

As the great prophet Moses said to the tyrannical Pharisee’s, Let my people go…

Introduction

The American Founding Fathers did a remarkable job of foresight when they drafted the US Constitution. They provided for a form of Democratic government and judiciary (Courts) that would uphold the Rule of Law via the Constitution and would allow for democratically elected members to make and install new laws of Governance.

As brilliant as the American Forefathers were, there is simply no way they could have foreseen every gap or flaw or change in society going hundreds of years into the future.

Society changes, people grow and expand the population, technology grows, and in general things get old and need upgrading from time to time, including Legislation, which is where you get the Amendments from.

Imagine a hockey game without ref’s to call penalties? What would that look like? It would be a 60-minute bloodbath on ice. What about a football game without ref’s? It would be a 60-minute bloodbath on grass. Sports NEEDS referees to keep the rules of the game in force. Without impartial referees, to keep the players in-check, the game has no meaning.

As brilliant as the Founding Fathers were in the design and implementation of the Declaration of Independence and the original draft of the US Constitution, they didn’t account for a method of outside, "non-partisan refereeing" to keep the political game honest.

They were very Libertarian in most respects and thus, they put in a failsafe of the 2nd amendment as a final solution to a corrupt government, but they didn’t set up the Marshall circling the poker table with a shotgun to see which player was holding Aces up their sleeve.

This book contains 11 new Amendments so to speak. These 11 Amendments comprise the non-partisan referee to enforce the rules of the political game and keep the players honest, so the 2nd amendment doesn’t have to get used.

My system is the Marshall with the shotgun who catches the cheaters at the poker table with aces up their sleeve and gives them swift justice on the spot!

I think the founding Fathers would be pleased with these ideas but ultimately, it’s up to you, The People to be the ultimate judge.

I have heavily abridged this book from the original version I wrote, due to the fact that I ahave always been overly wordy and people, at this point of time don’t want 100 extra pages of extra background and context for every chapter, they need immediate solutions to the problems, and a method to immediately enact those solutions, which is what this book will provide.

Chapter 1 – Political Regulation

Political Licensing

In no parts of this world do politicians have to obtain a license to hold or maintain political office.

In large elections, the press is very good at digging up dirt to smear their political rivals but in smaller elections in rural, school board or small municipal ridings, they don’t have to succumb to background checks, financial bankruptcy checks, unsatisfactory legal litigation checks, previous employment history checks or even at the very, very least a basic criminal records check!

In 2021, the entire world over has seen in real time over these past few years with scandal after scandal after ethics violations after more scandals...In every single country and by a vast number of world-wide politicians. The problem is so bad that it may as well be considered a world-wide epidemic.

In order to fix this crooked and broken Oligarchy political system, the very first step towards a true, Of the People, For the People and By the People Democracy is: Political Licensing.

Doctors, Lawyers, Insurance Brokers, Financial Advisors, Engineers, Accountants, Electricians, Plumbers, Nurses — all of whom and many, more have a license requirement for their profession that proves they have adequately passed all the technical requirements of their profession and can adequately practice in the public realm.

Why are politicians excluded from this basic mental, ethical and moral fitness requirement? They handle billions of our tax dollars. They oversee our military, policing, infrastructure, health care, social assistance, education, etc. So why aren’t they mandated to be licensed like every other professional listed above?

Although it is true that there are agencies like the Privacy Commissioner, the Ethic’s Commissioner, the Ombudsman’s Office and the Auditor General, they have no real power to do anything but write reports. Ask yourself, If these agencies had any real teeth or authority to act, why are there still rampant stories of corruption, financial mismanagement, cover-ups and more on a daily basis?

In Canada, our own Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau has faced multiple ethics violations since taking office in 2014 and still, he is the Prime Minister of Canada…. And not a damn thing happened to him! He just got re-elected as our Prime Minister as I write this as the Leader of the Federal Liberal Party of Canada.

Poorly written nonsense. I could not get through the first chapter. There was no research, it was just a regurgitation of right wing talking points.
