The Confusion Constitution

How can a country keep going in an upward direction when the leaders are going in a downward direction? When we the people have leaders that only think of themselves and make their pockets fat first, and do not care what happen to the rest of us, it becomes clear that that country is on its way out. The representative form of government has come to an end in this country, the United States. We must understand that 95 per cent of all laws come from opinions that some judge thought was right and that opinion become law. An opinionated decision by five judges is telling all people in the U.S. (350,000,000) what new law we are going to live by. That right there is enough to tell everybody our representatives are not looking out for the citizens of this country. Our representatives’ job is to make laws where the majority of the people will agree to. Now and right now is time for a change. Just like we vote for people to represent us, now is the time for the people to vote on what law we will live under. If an opinion is made, it should go to congress to be voted on to make clear if this opinion is good enough for the people to become law. The representative job is to make laws for the majority of the people and right now their fat pooches will not let them be responsible for the job they were elective for in the first place. We the people must go back to a town hall meeting form of government, that is, if we don’t want to go down with our fat leaders. It is time and past time for real honest men to stand and put up a fight for the betterment of the United States, the country we live in and love.

Introduction

We the people of the United States have more power than any one branch or all the branches of our elected government. The power is in the people. We the people have been brainwashed to the point that we think the power lies with the president or the Supreme Court or with Congress or with the Senate. What has happened is, we have given the government the right or the power to make decisions for all the people. Within the last sixteen years, the citizens have seen that our government has been leading this country in the wrong direction. We the people can point a finger at any one or at all our leaders. As long as our leaders are putting big money in their pockets, they, the government and leaders, do not care which way our country is going. The question to be asked is, Which way is it going?

Can you believe that our leaders have made sin legal? If sin is going to be made legal, it is the thought of many that it should be carried by a vote of the people. Let the majority of the people vote to decide if the people want sin to be legal. Our politicians have a great history of doing things for special interest groups. They have shown again and again that the majority of the people have no meaning to them. Our government has turned into the biggest bully in the whole wide world. How can a loving country like the USA, which has preached peace and have given goods and good will to so many countries, now turn out to be the enemy of so many counties? Leadership: The day has come for the people to put a stop to our leaders in government and for the vote of the people to be the leadership of all or at the least 90 percent of all decisions made in our country.

The House of Senate has the most authority and power than any other part of our government. The Senate can stop any part and can carry any part on any decision made by the House, the president, and Supreme Court. In a thorough examination of our government, the Senate can be blamed for every thing that goes on in the total government.

This book is written with the sole purpose to open up just some of the USA downfalls and why there are so many and to educate the public that we the people have more power than the House of Senate. Wake up, America!

Chapter 1

Democracy

Democracy has ended. Yes, the big USA is no longer a democratic government. We today, the three hundred million citizens (3HM), or people who are living in the US, are living under a dictator form of government. You got it right, a dictatorship has been formed, and the people or citizens did not even see it when it happened. Whenever a country is ruled by a dictator, there is no such thing as a democratic form of government. The Constitution is no longer in use, even though, the politicians, the Supreme Court, the House of Senate, the House of Representatives, and the president and all his men keep telling the people that this government is still operating under the Constitution; they have become confused. Today we are governed by the dictatorship of the Supreme Court and the Senate. They are using a document known as the Cons-ti-fusion-tution. This is where we will start.

When we hear people from all over the US say these words: The Constitution says, it is our leader (government) that loves to hear the citizens use that phrase because as long as the citizens are in the dark, they can keep running amuck (keep fooling the people), over the blind and dumb citizen because the people still think that we the three hundred million still living under the Constitution. The Supreme Court threw that document out of existence around 1976 at the exact same time when the Supreme Court made a law that said, It is against the law of the land for any person to have or say an open public prayer in any public schools. The Constitution did not say that, or anything close to that when the Supreme Court lied on the Constitution and changed the complete meaning because the House of Senate refused to check or put the Supreme Court in check, then that is the same time the Constitution was kicked out; extinct, no longer active and existing, and in came the Cons-ti-fusion-tution.
