About this ebook

It hit me the other day after publishing my one hundredth book on Amazon that I had authored enough books that I could easily publish a catalog of my favorites..

I checked and I'm the only author on Amazon today who can boast a catalog of all his greatest hits.  I'm not bragging, nor do I expect to win the Nobel Prize for any of these great ideas, but that's not because they are not worthy of the great award, but because I have as yet to make any of them become household words or ideas.  I hope your reading of this catalog will change all that and propel at least one of them up to the bight spotlight of nationally known and/or generally accepted ideas made from pure genius.

When you read this book, please make sure you are ready to have your mind blown and at the same time are relaxed, undistracted and sitting in your favorite chair, bed or sofa.  At least one of these ideas could and should change your life.

One of my ideas is so crazy I don't believe it is possible - can you guess which one?

I think most everyone has had at least one great idea in their lives and wondered what they might have made of their lives if they could have pursued it to its ultimate conclusion.  Well, I pursued every one of my 25 greatest ideas listed and described here in this book and Man Oh Man am I glad I had the time and willpower to carry each and every one of them to their ultimate fruition.

I have authored and published over 100 books, ebooks, audible books, online courses.  My latest and most important to me are:  The Science of Physics - Proof That God Exists, The 4 States of Consciousness, Zentanglements - The Three Laws of Consciousness for Smarties, The Blockchain Government, America 2.0, Inc - Take Stock in America, The God Particle Bible, The Origin of Creation, et al.  My scientific theories are on the cutting edge and many of my colleagues are not yet true believers, but when the 2nd Big Bang hits this part of the universe as I have predicted in this book - they will have to eat their words.  What will it mean to you?  Lots, I think.

The Catalog of Great Ideas by Michael Mathiesen - Michael Mathiesen

    Great Idea 1

I’ve decided to list my great ideas in order of how important they could become in the overall process of events.  The first section is a lengthy one because this FIRST GREAT IDEA of mine leads to several more great ideas within the bigger idea.

You’ll see what I mean as you go along.  The first section is mostly political in nature because this is one of the thorniest of problems I have ever tried to solve.  As such, it deserves much attention.

In the rest of the book, we deal mainly with Scientific discoveries that I have made that should also help solve many problems, but not as fast as the political one that is first on the list.

    ––––––––

    HERE WE GO:

    ––––––––

Again, I’m going to start with the first great idea I had in my youth and looking back may still be my best one.

After reading about my life’s greatest ideas, I’m hoping that it inspires you to pick up one of my books that are always centered around one or more of my greatest ideas.

Let’s start with my ideas about the American experiment in Democracy.  When I was in college the VietNam war was raging and it was clear to me and millions of my colleagues who were able to be clear-headed about this war - was that it was totally unjustified and completely un-American since we ourselves had been born from ideas of freedom and justice for all.  What we were doing by raining down more bombs on these impoverished and peace-loving rice farmers than all the bombs dropped in World War II was far from freedom and justice for all.  It was merely ‘Horrific death from America - for all’.

So, millions of us marched in the streets to protest this very unpopular, expensive and inhuman decision to kill millions of people half-way around the world who were unable to defend themselves against the greatest military power in history.

It was evil and it was the decision of one very asinine and immoral man, first Lyndon Johnson and then Tricky Dick Nixon in a dictatorial commitment of our blood and treasure for a cause that existed only in their uniquely thoughtless and empty brains.

I came up with the idea that our basic fundamental set of laws that we all agree to live by, the United States Constitution, was deeply flawed in the way that it allowed one person, a President of the United States to make the most important, deadliest and potentially most deleterious decisions about how to spend our money and our lives as American citizens.

I came up with the idea of ‘National Initiatives and Referenda’ or what I now call ‘National Ballot Measures’ because only in this way would the majority thinking of the American people as a whole, become the true decider of these major issues.

Democracy is defined as ‘Majority Rule’ not the rule of the minority and especially NOT the rule of ONE STRONG MAN.  We had caused the greatest political revolution in history against the King of England because the founding fathers knew that the rule of one man over millions was completely antiquated and antithetical to the concept of common sense.

When I recall those terrible years, it was sadly true that we all were forced to allow ONE MAN to spend trillions of dollars of taxpayer money and lose the war and thus ruin the reputation of what was once the greatest country on the planet - one man did that.  The American people never got to vote on a single aspect of that war, not even the funding.

I later produced a book about this ‘Great idea’ - America 2.0, Inc. - Taking Stock in America’ by Michael Mathiesen

    ––––––––

You can check it out on Wherever you find great books

Only when We The People finally have the power over our own destiny, all wars at least caused by this nation unjustly will cease to exist and all other problems caused by our own stupidity will also cease to exist.

And when you think about it, every American citizen is really a shareholder in the largest economy in the world.  As workers in this part of the business world, we are compensated by our hourly wages or our salaries.  What about stock options to give us more incentive to work harder and support each other?  What about a viable retirement plan that will remain viable for the duration of our lives?  What about National Health Insurance?  What about the right to vote our shares like all stockholders of corporations have?

I was able to showcase this idea on the Today Show on NBC one day, for a matter of six minutes of air time, but nothing came out of it.  I was very hopeful at the time that my interview with Jane Pauley would launch a media storm and expert discussions about the idea that would quickly result in a Constitutional Amendment to fix our basic contract with the powers-at-be, but it never did.

So, that was my first Great Idea launched by all of the evil surrounding the VietNam War.  Since this time in our history, there have been hundreds, if not thousands of other events that require us to think about reeling in our government from the crazy-ass things they do in our name.

The most egregious of these is the war in Iraq imposed upon us by President George W. Bush.  Now, here’s another war that was imposed upon the world by the most BRAINLESS IDIOT!

We have to remember that in the ashes of the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11, George W. Bush said:  The people who did this are going to be hearing from us soon.  We remember how we all rallied around this speech made on his bull horn by an American President standing in the wreckage of the two sky-scrapers.

In order to make an even bigger splash Bush put on a Flight Suit and actually flew an attack fighter off of an air craft carrier.  The Secret Service wouldn’t let him drop any bombs on anyone thank God!  Because he headed our army and navy toward the wrong country.  Bush got it wrong!

The only problem is that President Bush had no intention to take revenge on the country that sponsored the attack on the United States - Saudi Arabia because they have too much oil in the ground.  So, instead, Bush focused our attention on the dumbest dictator on the planet at the time, Saddam Hussein of Iraq and successfully substituted this country for the country that bombed us.

Remember, Osama Bin Laden was a Saudi Arabian.  He became influential because his father was a major contractor who was a good friend of the King of Saudi Arabia.  AND - all of the attackers on 9/11 who hi-jacked our airplanes were Saudi’s.

I call Saddam Hussein the dumbest dictator in history because he went right along with the Bush conspiracy theory and pretended that he was responsible for the bombing of our country.  He prevented nuclear weapons inspectors from coming inside Iraq and verifying that he had no WMD, probably in the cause of his massive ego.  By allowing them in, he would probably still be the dictator of Iraq, but by giving support to George W. Bush’s diversion, he made us think that Bush was doing the right thing when he invaded Iraq.

Is this Democracy in Action?  I was even fooled by Bush because, along with millions of Americans, I did not relish the idea of a nuclear bomb or bombs going off in America and destroying large regions of our country - so I fell for it.  I fell for this Big Lie, until I read that the CIA had told Bush that there was no WMD in Iraq but Bush just ignored this information because he knew he had to take revenge on somebody for 9/11.  It just couldn’t be his oil friends in Saudi Arabia where he and his family and friends probably had and still have billions of dollars in investments.

The main point here is that it should be illegal for any elected officials to lie to the American people.  The only reason lying to the American people is not a crime is because the liars are in charge of making all of our laws.  AND, more importantly large issues like this, especially anything that can cause a war should be on the ballot – not just decided by one very stupid and incompetent person like George Wrong-Way Bush.

I think it’s important to note here that my Great Idea is even greater today as I write these words in 2023 because it is obvious to the vast majority of Americans that our present system is lying wounded on the ground by Republicans who are quickly morphing into fascists and worse, are unable to govern.

Another great example is the right for a woman to obtain an abortion in this country.  A couple of Supreme Court appointments by Russian-elected Donald Trump and all of a sudden the country did a complete 180 degree reversal of over 50 years of progress for women’s rights in this country.

Since Trump got away with lying about his relationship with porn stars, his Supreme Court appointees thought the same thing was right for them, so they lied in their confirmation hearings that they would NOT OVERTURN Roe V. Wade, but with the very first opportunity to do it – they did.

Now, under our present very delicate and antique form of government this new Supreme Court ruling will determine the fate of millions of women in this country for another
