Its About Time We Play By Our Rules Again…

It’s taken decades and we all helped them. Before they could actually change the rules, they had to gain total control. They have always enjoyed partial control and were satisfied. But they are human and human nature will always prevail.

We continually allowed this group to gain power and privilege without qualification.

They represent only .36% of the American population. Their profession is one of the very least respected professions in America in polls year after year.

They can lie, trick and con you and then they hug known murders in celebration after 'playing' you the jury.

They tax and they spend your money without conscience.

They fail at the job you give them yet they still receive salaries and pensions most people only dream of.

They are destroying the greatest country in world history and most people still don't even recognize them. You call them 'politicians', ‘judges’, ‘senators’, 'republicans', 'democrats', 'liberals', 'conservatives', etc.

They for decades brilliantly hid behind these labels as they invaded and took control of our country.

They now control the legislatures, the courts and the executive branches of ALL local, state and the federal government.

They now have Total Control and They Now Make The Rules.

Anyone who does not realize this is not paying attention. Anyone who thinks this is ridiculous, I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale.

Yes, lawyers now run the United States of America. Every move you make or consider in your daily personal or business life is in some way is directed by lawyers under the titles delineated above. Take a moment and think about it. Even in your conversation with your fellow man you have to be careful not to be ‘libelous’ or cause any ‘emotional harm’ or even tell them how sexy they look (sexual harassment) for fear of a lawsuit. You have to walk a straight line 24/7 or else.

BUT THEY are Exempt. Every single bill you pay and every product you buy has to have lawsuit costs built in to the final price. Doctors pay enormous amounts of money and live daily with the potential malpractice suit hovering over them. Lawyers fail clients everyday, ever hear of malpractice insurance for lawyers?

Unfair? NO, 'those are the rules'. Get it? Remember how relieved most Americans were when Scott Brown won the Senate seat and was the 41st vote against Health Care Bill? The bill was now dead on arrival. They no longer had the 60 votes needed.

No problem!

It's their game and so they just added another rule they needed.

Done - Won Again

It's so easy when you have total control…

The list of 'games won' and 'special rules' by the ruling class goes on and on. One final 'favorite' of mine is the rights they have given to themselves as to their own employment. Let Me ask you:

1. Can you give yourself a raise?

2. Can you give your family the best medical coverage in America and only pay about 20% of the cost?

3. Can you receive a pension after only a few years of work?

There's too many more too mention here so finally, in the spirit of the 2008 campaign, and using the candidate/Senator Obama as only one example, contemplate this;

Go to your boss and tell him that you need to take off of your job for about 2 years.

When he asks why, tell him that you need the time to look for a better job.

Then tell him that you expect him to pay you full salary while you're not there.

And finally, tell him to leave your position open in case you don't get the new job.

Well this phrase could never be more true than when applied to America's blindness of the dominance of lawyers that control every aspect of their lives and their country.

Does anyone still believe that they have representation in Washington D.C.? Before you answer, take a look at how many lawyers are in our nations capital.

The numbers tell the story. The only group of people that are represented in Washington are the members of The American Bar Association.

If you are a simple man as I am, you have no need to impress anyone with your knowledge, brilliance or education.

Simple common sense reinforced by the facts and of course a basic understanding of 'Mother Nature' will provide an indisputable discourse in any debate, be it political or otherwise. With this in mind, we will 'cut the meat to the bone.':

In American history, there are four that were planted.

- One in 1803 by John Marshal: lawyer/judge

- One in 1947 by Hugo Black: lawyer/judge

- One in 1964 by Lyndon Johnson: lawyer/President

- One in 1972 by Earl Warren: lawyer/judge

- Seed One: Planted February 24, 1803 -

Marbury v. Madison is justly celebrated as one of the most famous and influential decisions of the United States Supreme Court. Decided more than two hundred years ago by a fledgling court in a newly established frontier republic, Marbury is known today by judges and lawyers around the world as one of the most sophisticated, brilliant and ambitious justifications ever advanced for the doctrine of judicial review…

DUH! - (If you grant me total power, I'll think your brilliant too! By the by: How's that 'doctrine of judicial review', aka 'Judicial Activism', working out for the rest of the 99.7% of the people?)

It's author, Chief Justice John Marshall, is regarded as one of the world’s great jurists, and his reputation stems in large measure from his momentous opinion in his case. Marbury is regarded as the keystone of American constitutionalism and the foundation for the broad powers of judicial review now routinely exercised by federal courts in the United States. -

Regarded by Who??

(Regarded by who? Notice here, and everywhere, how the propaganda machine of the ruling class is at work. Marbury is regarded as the keystone of American constitutionalism and the foundation for the broad powers of judicial review… Think about this for a second; nothing in the text of the Constitution explicitly authorizes the power of judicial review. So here the lawyers/judges have again exposed their disregard of The Constitution under the cloak of Keys tone of American Constitutionalism, a mere 15 years after it was adopted!)

So the first seed was planted all the way back is 1803. It has gestated into a mentality of superiority and control that now resides in the mindset of a self absorbed privileged class that has in a way 'assumed' total control of The United States of America. It is this mindset, that with the passing of time and the ignorance of the electorate, has emboldened these people to the point wherein now they feel it is they, who unequivocally, are the pre-ordained 'carriers of the torch'. - Seed Two: Planted February 10, 1947 -

In 1947, i n the Supreme Court case Everson V. Board of Education, Justice Hugo Black announced a new and previously unknown legal principle: the First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state. That wall must be high and impregnable. We could not approve the slightest breach.

What Wall of Separation?

The section of the Constitution that deals with the religion is the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights. The 'establishment clause' reads:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion

(followed by 'the free exercise clause' which reads:)

or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

There is no constitutional separation of church and state Anywhere in the Constitution. None of these words – separation, church, or state – are in the First Amendment. Also Mr. Black totally disregarded the simple and obvious intent of 'the free exercise clause' which in and by itself makes his opinion just an opinion -and one has to totally disregard the written law and intent of The Constitution in order to his opinion to have any validity.

This seed of destruction planted by Black et.al. was the first in a series of cases in which the Court used the so called 'establishment clause' (and continued to disregard 'the free exercise clause') to eliminate religious activities of all sorts, which had traditionally been a part of public ceremonies.

Spawned from this UN-American opinion from 5 'supreme' lawyers was Engel v. Vitale in of 1962 in which the 'supreme' lawyers decided that school prayer was unconstitutional.

(Just a thought: If indeed school prayer was unconstitutional, wouldn't the men WHO WROTE THE CONSTITUTION have realized this and not allowed prayer in school to begin with… But then again, I forgot that The Founding Fathers were as stupid as I am, they never went to law school.)

As the country loses it's moral base and disrespects its Judeo-Christian foundation, the Constitution is shunned and its interpretation becomes an exercise in futility and a cash cow for the lawyers & judges. - See: Judeo-Christian Foundation - Page ???

- Seed Three: Planted August 20, 1964 -

On August 20, 1964, President Lyndon Johnson (Georgetown Law School) signed the Economic 'Opportunity Act of 1964.'

Now for the first time, a person who was not elderly or disabled could receive a living from the American government. (The American work ethic, the backbone of American Tradition, was poisoned.)

Now for the first time, a woman didn’t need a husband to support her baby. For the first time, immorality and procreation outside the family were enabled and financed by the government

Now for the first time, more and more children would grow up without a father.

Now for the first time, citizens would stand on the grocery line spending their hard earned dollars while a ‘mother’ with 2,3,4,5,6 children and no father, would pay using food stamps. (The more children, and in many cases the more different fathers, the more money and food stamps were provided.)

Detroit - Divorce Rate - 60 million on Food Stamps - 75% of black children have no father - and on & on & on…)

Americans whose values and traditions were in direct conflict with this travesty had to support it with their hard work and tax dollars.

First they decided that the children shouldn’t pray in school, then they decided that a father was not necessary either.

Whether it was calculated or not, a major assault on the The American Family was underway.

The Judeo - Christian foundation that enabled the building of the greatest nation on earth, had been splintered; and was about to be cracked.

On January 22, 1973, the most destructive seed of them all was planted and it continues to grow and widen its crack in the American Judeo- Christian foundation. The reality of this seed's cultural immorality has ovewhelmed the seeds of American Tradition, morals, values, spirit and character planted and envisioned by the Founding Fathers,

As usual Col. West is spot on. And I will take it one step further; "Once upon a time, 75-80 percent of the members of Congress were men that were NOT lawyers! And now 75-80% of all of Washington is made up of lawyers who never served a day for anyone but them- selves. No business experience and certainly no military experience. Is there anyone be- sides the members of The Lawyer Class who think that lawyers ever could make better leaders than men who offered their lives for us?

With 85% of all offices in American government held by lawyers, can there be any doubt? Yes all three branches; Congress, Judicial and Executive; State and Federal. Now take that overwhelming dominance and then calculate in the fact that ALL administrators, from the lowly office manager to the Military Chief of Staff, has to run everything by and get approval from a lawyer before he can implement any policies, programs or laws. The 800 Pound Elephant in the Room

Perhaps Americans will understand that change cannot be brought to our nation by those lawyers who already largely dictate American society and business. Perhaps Americans will see that hope does not come from the mouths of lawyers but from personal dreams nourished by hard work. Perhaps Americans will embrace the truth that more lawyers with more power will only make our problems worse.

Lawyers now have total control of all the branches of both the State and the Federal governments. And through these branches, they are in control of the economy, the military, national security, social security, your business, your health care, what you say and how you say it, the food you eat, the toys your children play with, and on and on and on… Why is it that we have allowed this group with absolutely no business experience to run the biggest business in the world?

They are the denominator and they are the 'tumor' that has spread the cancer over America for at least the last 4 decades. Lawyers now have total control of all the branches of both the State and the Federal governments. There can be no separation of powers when one privileged group controls all of the branches of government.

So why is it that this 800 pound elephant is not only not seen, but rarely even mentioned!

First of all most of the American media are ideological puppets. Just turn the channel and you will see how creatively challenged these people are. Often I wonder why thay just don't all merge into one channel and save all the overhead. It appears as though they just watch each other and keep duplicating everything. No out of the box thinking. No original thought. No creative thinking. I could go back 40 years and hear the same opinions and reviews of the elections or the two parties and their candidates. The media has become as mundane and empty as the politicians they cover; same old stuff over and over again.

Secondly, Lawyers have much in common with Islam. They have managed to hide their true colors and identity. Islam hides behind a false cloak of religion and the lawyers hide behind the many labels they have created for themselves; Republicans, Democrats, Progressives, Independents, Politicians, Judges, Congressman, Senators, Legislators, Public Servants, etc. All of these titles sound respectable. Take away the title and what do you have, lawyers. And we all know how respectable they are…

Finally, lawyers have managed to take control because the electorate is lazy and uninformed. They know more about Lebron James than they do about the man running for President of the United States. Until those who vote become educated about their Republic and the candidates, this inept and unqualified privileged class will be able to maintain their power and control.

Like with Islam, America needs to wake up. Whereas Islam is the enemy at the gates, Lawyers are the enemy within. And like Islam, the problem cannot be solved unless and until it is identified and exposed for all to see.

So how about it America? How about it media? It's an 800 pound elephant. If you refuse to see it then you are destined to pay the price. And Americas future is an awful price to pay for your blindness…

Scandal, disgrace, morals, patriotism, faith, religion, fairness, compassion, equality, life and death are only matters to be adjudicated and produce billable hours and self serving laws.

And so everyone keeps reading and watching the latest political decisions and policies and just about EVERYONE shakes their head in disbelief. 24/7 on every network, in every newspaper and in most Blogs, they keep trying to explain the upside down and totally illogical decisions of our ‘leaders’ who are supposed to represent OUR thinking and OUR wishes.
