Jon voted for the first time in 2004 at the age of 52 after his father died 7 months before 9/11 in 2001, which in Jon’s opinion would have killed him if he had made it those extra 7 months anyway! What ignited the flame under Jon’s political fired up ass was seeing a Senator from Chicago who was being considered to run for the Presidency being shown rubbing elbows with Reverend 'God Damn America'' Wright and Jon’s generation's 'Weather Underground' Bomber William 'Bill' Ayers who over the years had become a community planner like Barack Obama in Chicago, but the Mainstream Media never informed their viewers of this very important fact about Bill Ayres past, and couldn’t understand how that could have possibly been missed! Bottom line though is that was the exact moment Jon got up off the couch and started his quest to understand and monitor the goings on within today's American politics, and what the impact was on America and the American people then and today when this kind of information is kept from the American People!

I’ve spent roughly 20 years on what started out as a hobby that caught my eye because of my kid like wanabe Sherlock Holmes who was always trying to figure out the ‘who done it’ when it came to learning about politicians and their reputation of being able to lie or flip-flop on any political position at the drop of a hat! I have to admit that over the last couple of weeks and the addition of death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bater Ginsburg, and the fallout for a President Trump nomination of a woman who is the mother of 7 which includes one special needs child and two adopted children from Haiti, but on top of that an originalist/Constitutionalist in the image of Justice Scalia who she clerked under, but now expected to get the same reception as did Justice Thomas, Bork, and of course more recently Brett Kavanaugh whose only crime is that they all believe in our founder’s Constitution and ‘Ruel of Law’ as interpreted by our founders and their 244 years of success of experimenting in a government that is run by and for the People that’s turned out to be the most successful and respected form of governance in the world today!

Now if that wasn’t enough how about the Democratic Party ticket of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris who would be the second person within the last 15 years, and over the last 244 years, that doesn’t meet the requirement to be the President or Vice President because of they don’t meet the constitutional requirement when it comes to the citizenship required by our founder’s that is clear and distinct as written in the Constitution since the very beginning! Please also know that I’m tired of hearing the argument for the 14th Amendment, which makes both Obama and Kamala Harris clearly citizens, but nationalized citizens, but not the ‘Natural Born’ citizen that is only required for the positions of President or Vice President! If you think about it, especially after living through 8 years of Obama first taking an international tour to apologize for America to only come home afterwards to declare America not being exceptional, and then going to the United Nations for approvals over Congress, and then violating the Constitution using the choreographed leadership by the previous Globalist pushing Administrations corrupt leadership of the FBI, DOJ, and CIA to protect Obama while at the same time eliminating those founder’s ‘Checks and Balances that every American thought were, and have always been protecting the American people from exactly what’s going on in America today!

Oh, did I forget to mention that the President of the United States and his first Lady have now tested positive for the Coronavirus, and that ‘Vote by Mail’ has failed everywhere you can think of with a month or so to go before the election, you got to know that you can’t make this shit up, RIGHT?

Over the years I have written a combinations and outdated drafts that ran out of time to be relevant to the ever-changing issues of the day, and I would venture to say that between my first Blog and my Second Blog and the total of over 1,000 Articles and Drafts that I’ve written over the years that I thought might hopefully ‘make a difference’ in my attempt to inform the American people to what’s at stake for America and the American people come this next 2020 election. You see what’s happening in just the next couple of months is that the American people will have to decide whether or not the future of America will continue down that same path that our founder’s set us off on or be part of an effort to eliminate those same founder’s guaranteed constitutional rights! If you haven’t figured it out yet, especially with what’s been going on since the Hillary’s loss, just know that I will be revealing everything you need to know by the time you get done reading this book, and just know for now that in 2016 the American people and America for all that matters, dodged a bullet! You see with President Trump’s victory came the what Hillary calls the 63 million ‘deplorables,’ who said enough is enough with the people who are running our country and that the path they were taking us down, and that it was time to make a change! Since 2016 the continually growing 2020 silent majority now are beginning to realize that our fate would have been sealed like the people of the member nations of the European Union who never had a chance to defend their sovereignty, protect their culture, or even have a say in what they wanted their future to become!

It’s not about taking a side, it’s about taking the same side as we did to fight against unwarranted aggression by foreign nations on other foreign nations that we consider our allies that we came together as one unified force with a mutual cause that allowed us to be victorious in both WWI and WWII. What the American people must understand is that unless we are able to come together one last time for what I am calling WWIII that is going to be fought for the first time on American soil, and for the first time knowing exactly the time and place which is on November 3, 2020, election day 2020 than we might as well consider what happened to those European Union’s people to happen to America’s equivalent ‘North American Union’ that Obama had spent 5 years between 2011 and 2016 designing just for the day after Hillary’s ‘Coronation Ball’ was in the books!

A lot of water has gone under those nation’s bridges since those first two wars, and with the introduction of the internet and the ability now to check up on the past actions of our elected officials whose favorite game was and still is called ‘Kick the Can’ where instead of fulfilling their original campaign promises just decided instead to ‘Kick that Can’ down the road to the next elected official who in turn will follow the same lead when push comes to shove to their future replacement! The other main difference is the introduction of Political Correctness, Identity Politics to the advance their causes, and if you’re good enough to do that then weaponizing what’s being called ‘Implicit Bias’ which is basically blaming those members of your family tree for the ‘hate’ you were born with and had no control over, compared to being taught or catching the disease from the toilet seat in a public bathroom!

Politics for me was never a major concern because like most Americans I believed that our founder’s ‘Checks and Balances’ that were embedded in our founder’s constitution by our founders would prevent anyone or group who were thinking about doing anything that would even have a chance to endanger our Constitutional Republic and all the good stuff that comes with it!

Before giving you the heads up on who I am I thought I would quickly give you a very quick couple of sentences overview of what is turning out to be after close to 25 years about a theory I developed that has become over the years, at least according to my friends, spot on and becoming more so as we get closer to election day, and as a result has been the guiding force that has encouraged me to write this book.

What we have here is a ‘Failure to Communicate,’ and what I mean by that is that the Mainstream Media is being paid to show the American people an alternative reality about the future of America that is not about the truth or even close to the truth, and that’s because it has nothing to do with maintaining our founder’s vision for America, but replacing it with something that’s more in line with Pro-Globalist Socialist George Soros’s vision for a New World Order, and paying a lot of dollars to our elected officials due to the Supreme Court decision known as ‘Citizens United’ that allowed foreign interest and others to pool their money in a common cause to change America’s domestic and foreign policies, and our oath taking elected officials who because of that decision, went into business for themselves and decided to fill their pockets and take the money before packing up and leaving Congress never to be heard from again!

By a ‘failure to Communicate’ I mean that what the Mainstream Media isn’t about to tell you makes the story I’m going to tell you considered nothing more than a ‘Conspiracy Theory,’ but over the last 15 years I’ve seen some decisions being made by our elected officials that in my mind couldn’t possibly have been constitutional, legal, or pass the smell test, and as a result I felt the need to delve into and do the research to see if those facts that I heard coming from the MSM were actually the facts that matched up with what the truth really was. What you need to take away from this is knowing that with all the attempts by Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, and Paul Ryan before he exited stage ‘Left,’ is that they’re all hiding something from the American people, but what? Ex Republican Speaker of the House Paul Ryan should shed a little more light on the fact that even though President Trump won the day for the Republicans back in 2016 that all is not copasetic with the Home team when you see Paul Ryan promising President Trump before the 2018 midterms that if he left out of the budget his financial requests for completing the ‘Wall’ before the elections that he would deliver on that promise after the elections, but as we know Ryan lied and Left Congress without lifting a finger to live up to the Promise he made to President Trump, and now wondering about all the other times they lied to President Trump to get a reaction that would either hurt the President’s reputation or set him up for the ridicule that makes him look bad in front of the American people, which if you haven’t notices has been the main goal of the Pelosi Democrats since the second the ‘Left’ knew Hillary lost!

The real goal origins start back in 1992 and continues today some 28 years later, and if not rejected by not only the American people but the immigrants and refugees that are considered unvetted/illegal, and the just 6 months ago American minorities who for the first time in their lives knows that they too can participate in the greatest country in the world’s Booming Economy that the ‘Left’ has decided can’t be divulged because than their goal of bigger government controlling the everyday needs of its citizens would become not on irrelevant, but just plain outright extinct which would make room for the return of my mother and father’s version of the Democratic Party when their main goal was to work through bipartisanship to resolve the Nation’s and people’s problems together, and not go off on their own due to no Term limits and do the bidding for all those outside interests who have no intentions of ever making America great in the first place!

If you can believe it, Yes, our elected officials committed to an agenda some 28 years ago that the last 4 Administrations have been planning behind the American peoples backs, but whose main goal is a plan for the world, and not America, and that our elected officials decided together that the American people should never be told about it because they knew that the American people would be the ones that would have to sacrifice the most, and they knew in advance that ‘We the People’ would never go for it! That my friends is what this book is about, and I hope that you like my daughter who says that I’ve been right all along in my assessment of the facts, that anyone can find the same truth if they just took the time to do a little research on our own before the powers to be shut down the internet for safety purposes, instead of relying on the ‘Deep State’ run ‘Paid to Report’ Mainstream Media for the important information they need to know before making the decision they need to make come election day 2020 for the future of America! ~~

Who is Jonathan E. P. Moore?

I am a Conservative Constitutionalist and Patriot who has no problems calling it as I see it no matter what side of the aisle that my ideas are being attacked from!

I was born in 1952 and have a 4-year older sister, and a 4-year younger brother. My parents were both Democrats who were only children and met in Manhattan. My father was born and raised in New England, graduated from Yale and then Harvard Law, and My mother graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, moved to Manhattan to follow her successful career as a Model where she met my father.

My first exposure to politics came at a very young age when my father was approached by local politicians to try and get him to run for Mayor of a small town in Bergen County that was just outside Manhattan, but in the great ‘Liberal’ State of New Jersey. My brother and sister along with myself were sent to our rooms while they met in our living room to discuss the possibility. It was a short time later and after the suited visitors left that I learned my father refused their proposal, but spent the time to sit the 3 of us down to give us a little knowledge that he had accumulated over the years that I’ve kept with me ever since!

The one thing he said that has stayed with me from that day forward is that people who are running for office generally are not doing it out of their call to public service, but because they want something that becoming a politician might enable to get them! These comments to me about his opinion were not etched in stone with me at the time because I hadn’t yet experienced the world yet being a a third-grade graduate, and didn’t think I was prepared to deal with anything more than protecting myself from coming down with cooties, that imaginary affliction from childhood that happen when children reach the age where they notice the sexes are different, and the children claim a member of the opposite sex will give you cooties if they touch you. It is a way of little girls telling other little girls not to play with boys and vice versa!

As I got older, I was able to observe my father as a lawyer. And in my mind ended up as the kind of lawyer that not only believed in the law, but a law that was clearly as simple as being legal or not legal, or in other words just ‘Black or White,’ where the place in between the two being known as the ‘gray’ area where all lawyer’s know is where the big bucks are meant to be made! My father always believed in that ‘Black and White’ honest assessment of the law, but when he died back in the same year as 9/11, but thank god earlier in April of the same year, I know for a fact that if he were alive when 9/11 occurred that I know that this would have been enough to kill him on its own before his time was due!

Why would that of killed him? My father and mother were careful about drudging up their personal lives before the war, but after my brother, sister, and myself decided to throw a surprise 40th wedding anniversary because we knew they had gotten married in town hall in Manhattan before my father shipped off to war, that we all learned a lot about our parents as young adults concerns and causes that I believe they should be allowed to take to their graves!

My generations concern and causes were Vietnam, burning draft cards and Bra’s, peace and love, and Woodstock! Today’s concern and causes are about Socialism, preventing conservative capitalist values from being taught to our young adult children in America’s colleges and universities, both sides of the aisle, that is until the American people voted for President Trump, opening our borders and paying for all those illegal immigrants votes using taxpayer funded entitlements and benefits!

We’ve all tried to abide by the dictates of our elected officials because we believed that they were trying to protect us from the unknown threats causes by the COVID-19 Virus, but after doing what Pelosi Progressicrats have done over the last 4 years, have moved the goal posts again! If you recall the original timeline to reopen the economy was based on the tracking and the leveling of the curve, but now, and with the power that some of these Progressicrats were able to taste, have now decided to not only stall the COVID-19 Virus AID dollars to the American people by 7 days as untold American lives were lost or infected with the Virus, and then the same happening to small businesses for 14 days, and now hearing that a lot of the money is going to ‘Blue’ States failed policies due to the fact that their inability to manage the money that they stole from the Pension plans of state police, fireman, teachers, and you name it, and are now trying to get back in their good graces by using the COVID-19 Aid Package to cover their historically failed policies that they’ve practice in some cities and state instances for over 50 years!

I registered to vote at 18 and believed that it didn’t make a difference who was in office or car about the brand of snake oil that they were trying to sell to whoever is dumb enough to buy it because like most Americans. Including myself, that our founder’s ‘Checks and Balances’ would always be there to protect us from outside interests who might of had other ideas when it comes to the way this country was run, but run not in the same image and/or version of our founder’s successful and envied in the world Constitutional Republic that comes complete with a government that’s run ‘By the People and For the People’ who’ve given every American citizen those envied and sought after by the rest of the world Constitutionally guaranteed individual rights, and the same rights that the ‘Deep State’ have been trying to eliminate to prepare us for the coming of the New World Order!

I did not vote until my father passed in 2001 at the age of 84 and voted for the first time in 2004 at the age of 52. My reasoning was simple and logical to me because I knew in my heart that until my father died, and because of his continued philosophy of practicing law as he did when he first taught me and practiced his whole life of being that same ‘Black and White’ that I mentioned earlier!

You are probably asking yourself what that has to do with voting? Well, I don’t know about you but I have yet to see a politician who doesn’t live in gray area of the law, and because of that would have written my father’s name in for the position of the President of the United States every time!

My father’s argument and/or his questioning of my reasons would always be him asking me If I went to a restaurant with friends and I didn’t like anything on the menu, wouldn’t I at least order and eat something on that menu because I was with my friends, and I always told him no, and that I wouldn’t just settle for anything a.k.a., anyone to be my choice for any political office no matter what!

In my earlier voting age years I called myself a Libertarian, but when it comes down to it I had no clue what that meant but heard it being said by one of my friends who rattled off a ‘CliffsNotes’ very rough definition of what that meant, and that was good enough for me. As I got older I found that I needed to be able to carry on a conversation for both business and pleasure purposes, and instead of taking a side because I hadn’t spent any time researching the issues I decided to label myself as an Independent! If that wasn’t bad enough I really didn’t know what that meant either, and even up through the early 90’s I didn’t know what being on the ‘Right’ or ‘Left’ or what being Liberal or Conservative meant when it came to having an opinion on the issues affecting America!

The first election I voted in after my father died was in 2004 where I voted for George Bush, and then one day when I was laying on the couch around 2005 or 2006 watching TV I witnessed a possible candidate for the President of the United States being shown palling around with Reverend ‘God Dam America’ Wright, and my generations ‘Weather Underground Bomber’ William ‘Bill’ Ayres, which in my mind was that ‘What the Fu*k’ Red Flag moment that got me off the couch, and the rest is history!

I thought I would start with the most important piece of the most recent and most important influence on the 2020 election to date, and that’s the death of the great Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg who even though she was completely didn’t agree with Justice Scalia before his suspicious death, were considered more than just acquaintances, and some might say great friends! Unfortunately in today’s political world where ‘Never the Twain’ shall meet, the American people have intentionally been divided to diminish our power as a nation for the sole purpose of what’s best for the world as seen by a group of outside interests Oligarchs who have managed to affect not only America’s domestic and foreign policies, but paying out elected Officials handsomely to do so! I will be getting into all of this as you read on, but what needs to be addressed now is how important it is that Republicans nominate and confirm a replacement for Justice Ginsberg by using at the time Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s precedent setting ‘Nuclear Option’ (a 51 vote Simple Majority) instead of the 60 votes!

Where the once and now Ex-Democratic Senate Majority Harry Reid went wrong when he made this rule change was that he thought it would never come back to haunt him or the Democrats! The Harry Reid led Obama Democrats used it to help pass Obama’s intended Legacy game changer Obamacare and doing it without 1 Republican vote! Next, we have Obama and Reid fill America’s lower courts with Progressive Judges and Justices, and again without 1 Republican vote, before turning over the reins over to the incoming new Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his Republicans!

What you need to understand is that the reason for those lower court appointments being stuffed with Progressive Judges and Justices, which we all know if you just think about it, was to block any President after Obama from undoing everything Obama did to destroy America from within, which we all got to see in action when the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals blocked President Trumps temporary travel ban when first elected, and using candidate Trump’s supposed racist rhetoric on the campaign trail!

What you don’t know, and what I will be going into is that before the 2016 election we had a Republican Senate, and after the timely and suspicious death of the Supreme Court Justice just 8 months before the 2016 elections, and who had been a thorn in the Obama Administrations agenda, especially when it came to the 2nd Amendment and gun control to name just the biggest conflict of them all!

What’s important to take away from this is that Chuck Schumer who tried to get a 19 month window before any election of a new President to be able to appoint a replacement to the Supreme Court, but when Scalia passed just 8 months before the 2016 Presidential election Chuck Schumer insisted that Obama’s appointee Judge Merrick Garland be the replacement, but that’s not all, the Obama Dems and the Mainstream Media went out of their way to convince the Republicans that Garland was a centrist and good for both sides of the aisles, but within days of the Mainstream Media agreeing with what Judge Garland supposedly represented, and with a little further digging into his record, flipped and revealed the true lie that the Obama Administration was hiding……….

If there is one thing you could have taken to the bank back before the Presidential election of 2016, and if the Democrats with Harry Reid still controlled the Senate, Garland would have been confirmed using the ‘Nuclear Option’ as they did for Obamacare and stuffing the lower courts with those same Progressive Judges and Justices without 1 Republican vote, and the 2nd Amendment would have been taken down with the right to bear arms being removed with it!

When it comes to waiting until after the election to nominate and confirm a Supreme Court Justice to replace RBG, just know that it was the ‘Radical Left’ that used the ‘Nuclear Option’ that set the Precedent, and it should be the job of every conservative Republican to look beyond the next 4 or even 8 years of the next President, but about the lifetime appointment of a justice who will be in the same image of President Trump’s already seated Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, and that’s another Originalist/Constitutionalist and interpret the law as did our founder’s with their intent and interpretation!

In 1951, about 70 years ago and actually before my time, the United Nations tried to do to America what they are now trying to do again with all that’s going on with their Agendas and hopefully ending up with a New World Order!
