About this ebook
The author, Karen Harwood, has lived through the bygone eras from the late '40's to present and much has changed. Trials of rejection and the anger which goes with betrayal and the sorrow of loss. Every person has a range of life events which tie and bind or loosen and inspire. Those things are natural to all people and vary with each individual and include love, hate, loss, and sorrow bordering on despair. These things make us the same and yet so very different. The growth and insight gained from these things is priceless. No one can go through them without change and to stay in that state is unhealthy. This is a product of the the healthy joy which is possible with the changes of a growing outlook and sweeping clean of the mind.
Karen Harwood
What a wonderful thing it is to produce something out of just thoughts.Even more if it connects with another's thoughts! And provokes deeper thinking (Deep. Not empty)As in single perception versus profound perception. It has been said that people relate in four ways; intellect, intuition, emotion and experience. My Father was a machinist and inventor who made tools and owned his own shop. My mother was a homemaker and was married at 16. My family drove semi-trucks and for many years I drove them as well. It was a tough experience, but I am all the better for it. I went to business school and my local community college, where I earned my accounting certificate.I first wrote Blue Collar Prose as my way to express my profound and deep love for America. At its core, being American is experience and Blue Collar Prose is reflective of all the emotions and the human experience from my heart to yours. ~Karen
