About this ebook
This is my OCD story.
It is not a survival guide for others.
Just the details of my struggles and battles.
This book was written during the darkest, gloomiest period of my life. It is being published so as to enable others to understand what is happening with their loved ones who suffer from OCD (not for the personal amusement of trolls and religious nuts).
As I was working on my OCD survival book, "Breaking Free!" I remembered that I must share what happened, in my life, in the past, before I say, "You can beat it!"
- Christians might find this book offensive. So please don't buy it unless you are a broadminded, sensible Christian who doesn't blame everything on the demons.

Stuck! My OCD Story - Teddy Grizzly
Introduction
From my journal...
Written during the periods of real struggle...
I hope it helps you to understand your loved ones better and thus become more considerate and friendly, and less stressed, judgmental and demanding.
Most people who suffer from OCD hesitate to open up and share what’s happening to them. I want this book to be a voice for those who choose not to speak for themselves.
OCD can happen to anyone but sensitive people experience everything with a magnified effect. They need more space and patience.
While different people suffer in different ways, the common thing in OCD is the suffering. Kindly note that, the suffering of your loved one may not exactly correlate with that of mine. But by reading this book you might be able to understand the situation better and avoid actions that tend to freak them out or cause stress and anger.
Thanks for buying this book. Bear Hugs!
-Teddy
Who Was I?
.
I wasn’t this squeamish person
Who is in the OCD prison...
~
.
I used to be quite happy
I used to be fun
I used to have many friends
And I used to hang out with them.
~
.
My hands have touched the dust
My feet have felt the waves
I remember watching sunset
And how I enjoyed feeding strays!
~
.
I wasn’t afraid of germs
I wasn’t afraid of sun
I wasn’t afraid of bugs
And I was never afraid of sand.
~
.
I wasn’t afraid of myself
I wasn’t afraid of being myself
I wasn’t afraid of crowd
And I wasn’t afraid of becoming proud.
~
.
I wasn’t horrified of success
And the problems
that it would bring!
I wasn’t scared of failures at all
As I wasn’t accustomed to fail!
People often said, She is so daring!
~
.
I wasn’t raised to be clingy
I wasn’t feeble to be scared
I wasn’t taught to submit
And definitely, I wasn’t warped.
