When I paint I'm always hungry. This does not happen to me when I practice sport, for example. When I run in the park or engaged in training aerobics or strength training, nothing could be further from me than food, of course. The same applies to conditions of studying for a test, writing or reading an article. When the body is concentrated difficulty of training, or when the mind concentrates on the study, then the abdomen forget the hunger.
I highly recommend drawing. Even if you have never drew before, even if you are five years old or ninety-five years of age, even if you have no knowledge or talent, even if you do not have the time. Draw and discover the world of experiential incomparable and perhaps discover yourself in the process. The one thing to remember is, as you prepare the brushes, paints and canvas before beginning work - prepare ahead of time also something tasty and healthy, to enrich the wonderful experience.

A resident returns from Australia, where she began to paint for a living and learn the secrets of exposure and marketing on the Internet. Erga paints for private and institutional clients and presents her works at exhibitions. She specializes in naïve, colorful and positive energy paintings, and in this way she teaches her students in high schools, as well as in classes, lectures and workshops, in which students from the age of five to the age of eighty-five participate. Erga has a master's degree in art education and guides teachers to combine art in projects based-learning. The book presents 12 techniques which she imparts in her workshops to experiential painting.

    But this does happen to me when I paint, create. Maybe because then there is relaxation particular release. Perhaps the brain connects between some pleasures; the desire expressed with wanting to paint, reminds the body its desire for more pleasures. It happens also when viewing an interesting program on TV or reading a fascinating book. That is why in cinemas viewers arming themselves with popcorn while watching a movie.

    At first I did not pay attention to this phenomenon. I assumed it was a matter that varies, but when I started to teach painting in workshops and courses, I found that children, teenagers and adults who are engaged in the process of creating and concentrate on it, create demand for food in a matter of minutes.

    And regularly, the younger children always ask for a piece of bread with chocolate, more graduates seek to break and go to the cafeteria to buy snacks for the rest of the lesson and adults bring
