Preface
Through this e-book, I wanted to provide unique insight on being Great early on. I wanted to encourage young people that in showing leadership in small ways it equals out to Greatness in a big way. When I travel across the world and give motivational talks this is what I talk about at high schools and middle schools across the country. My team and I only get a limited amount of time in each place we go, so we wanted to leave you with a free gift and the best way to pay us back is to read it and share it with a friend. Then use the principles to reach your full potential as a leader in the area(s) you are most passionate about.

It’s our time, it’s our moment, but often times, that’s not how life works. We have to take initiative, we have to take chances. A lot of people live this life feeling as though tomorrow is always promised. It is not promised, each day is a gift. We make plans for the future as if it’s guaranteed, but at any moment you can be hit with a sickness or illness, any day can be your last, any second you could take your last breath.
So then the question becomes, why are most of us STUCK in the waiting room? Is it because of our age, our education, how we have been conditioned in this life? Our background, our upbringing, why are we playing the waiting game? Why are we taking our sweet time to go after our goals, why are
