Preface

Through this e-book, I wanted to provide unique insight on being Great early on. I wanted to encourage young people that in showing leadership in small ways it equals out to Greatness in a big way. When I travel across the world and give motivational talks this is what I talk about at high schools and middle schools across the country. My team and I only get a limited amount of time in each place we go, so we wanted to leave you with a free gift and the best way to pay us back is to read it and share it with a friend. Then use the principles to reach your full potential as a leader in the area(s) you are most passionate about.
