This book is dedicated to the pup that inspired me to write it, Nika. The best tail chaser in the world!

    CHAPTER 1

How I ended up in the cage, I don’t know, all I remember was getting hit in the face with a gun and waking up in a small cage. I quickly changed form and growled at the hunters.

Oh shut up you over grown mutant. A hunter hit my cage.

    I eyed him and growled.

These hunters meant business, they were trained to kill us werewolves and they were good at it. They got the job done.

The other werewolves bit and growled at the hunters, and I could hear them, their thoughts and everything they were saying to one another.

There was a female; she was locked in a cage like the rest of us. She looked scared, she cowered in the corner but she then came charging forward and got ahold of a hunter's stick.

They sprayed her with water and she backed off.
