    I believe losing weight can be fast and inexpensive. I discovered, during my weight loss journey, a lack of information on losing weight and maintaining milk supply.  I read a lot of books and magazine articles with husbands and wives going on the same diet, and the husband dropping lots of weight while the wives lost 6 pounds. In the following pages, I detail how I dropped my baby weight and managed to maintain an abundant milk supply.  I did this with healthy food choices and a tiered weight loss approach.  I divide my diet into three phases.  Phase 1 may not be much of a diet for some women because it revolves around eating when you are hungry and eating
