What this book is about

He now has 95% clear skin

Michelle wrote:

Just thought I would add to the list of fed-up-parents who are having problem with doctors. We have had 8-months-of-hell with eczema. Our son had raise lymph nodes for months, and I kept taking him to doctors saying something is wrong plus his eczema got worse as the year progresses.

We made/demanded the doctor test for glandular fever, then found your website and book. He then got tested for gluten (results put into your eClinic). Then we insisted on going private to have the allergy tests recommended.

Found out 3 weeks ago he was allergic to eggs and nuts! Removed all food containing them. He now has 95% - clear skin. Many thanks for a great book and we are spreading the word here and back in the UK. Thanks again, Michelle.

I have written this book to help you to go through the steps to cure eczema. Help it go away! One-in-four people are affected by eczema, so this is a huge global problem – and getting worse. Eczema can be a serious health issue and affects people emotionally. I tell you the details of how to investigate the triggers of your child’s eczema and how to interpret these test results. I have been helping my patients with food allergy and eczema for 30 years in my Allergy Clinic. At last, now you can do something about it!

This boy was scratching his face raw. His parents made this mask to stop him ripping his cheeks. They were desperate for help. He had multiple food allergy and got very much better when the food allergens from mothers breast milk were eliminated.

Introduction Yes! It can often be cured!

Yes! Eczema can often be cured! This is my experience from helping thousands of eczema-ridden children in my clinic. For most, their eczema can be cured.

I am a paediatric gastroenterologist and allergist. Some people call me a food doctor because I help people find out what foods they should be avoiding, and what foods they should be eating. Most of the children I see have previously seen lots of doctors, including skin specialists, who usually prescribe yet more steroid and moisturising creams.

Severe eczema from food allergy.

A sense of frustration is often expressed by the parents of these children. They come to see me because the standard medical approach of yet more creams is not working. They want to avoid using these steroids if they can. They want an answer. Laila’s story is typical:

Laila was five months old when I first saw her. Her parents told me that they had recently seen four general practitioners to help with her severe eczema. The first three doctors all prescribed various creams. But she did not get better. The fourth doctor suggested that Laila could be allergic to milk. So her mother, who was still breastfeeding, went dairy free, but with no benefit.

A few weeks later Laila was referred to me, she still had nasty eczema. Her skin-prick tests (an allergy test) showed that she had a severe reaction to egg. Her mother immediately removed all egg products from her diet and within a few weeks Laila got better. She also started to take a probiotic.

After two months her skin was almost perfect and she has no more need for steroid creams.

Are there any secrets?

Parents want a cure for their child’s eczema. For most, I can help them get their skin back to almost perfect. However, there are no secrets. All the information offered in this book is from
