Mystery Man

My heart is stranded in San Francisco, but my body is in Los Angeles. A few weeks prior, life was less complicated. I visited the Apple retail store at The Grove to see about my iPod touch because the screen randomly went blank and never came back to life. Between my iPod touch and my BlackBerry Bold 9900, I was desperate for better communication. I didn’t know that better communication would come in the form of a man.

I have a million things on my agenda like picking up my new cutesy eyeglass frames from Market Optometrix at the Farmers Market in L.A. on 3rd and Fairfax. I’m ashamed to say that the bar of my frames are currently held together with duct tape. Yep. I am at The Grove, one of the most celebrity-filled hotspots, with blue duct tape around the middle of my black Liz Claiborne rectangular eyeglass frames.

"How long will it take to repair my iPod? How much is the iPhone 7? Do you offer payment plans on your laptops?" I asked the zest soap smelling, Apple retail store employee, John. Nonstop questions in true Halian fashion.
