LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

Every now and then I write about the subject of suicide. At times I’ve brought someone in, like Phil Jamieson from the band Grinspoon, to have a say. The reason I do this in a dirtbike magazine is because our demographic is particularly prone to suicide and as we reach a pretty wide rural audience and the suicide rate in the country is frightening, it just can’t be swept under the carpet like it seems to be in the mainstream media.
