30 Days Of Heartbreak - Sarah Louise Ryan
30 Days of Heartbreak.
Introduction
Well hello there you.
I can’t begin to tell you how delighted I am that my words have made their way to you. It’s bonkers to think that in a world that’s so vast, with so many people, that our paths could cross considering the circumstances. I can promise you whilst the title of this book may allow you to think 30 Days of pain, I can only begin to express how this was just the beginning of the path I was supposed to be on and perhaps you too. The thing is, although you may not feel it now, maybe not today or maybe not even tomorrow but when the time is right, you will realise that where you are right now and the situation you are in, is exactly where you are meant to be.
If you are reading this then my words are in front of you because a friend told you about my blog series, or maybe you were already a reader of my blog, but the likelihood is that you stumbled across ’30 Days of Heartbreak’ because you are at the beginning of a new chapter that you had never expected, just like me and it turns out so many others out there too.
My 30 days were written to show the process of a broken heart in real-time with the hope that my words would resonate with my blog readers and perhaps help someone heal along the way. I thought if I could just help one person towards progress and out of the pain, I would in turn perhaps be able to fix a piece of my then shattered sense of self back together again. Little did I know that my blog readers from all around the word would begin reaching out to me on a daily basis from counties such as China, Australia, Russia, London, France and New Zealand, just to name a few. I was loved back to life by fellow broken hearts, friends and my oh so important family.
So now you have it, how do you read this book? If you resonate with what I am saying right now then chances are that you are about to ride a wave and you’re uncertain whether you will sink or swim. I can promise you that latter is exactly what you’ll be doing in time as it really is the greatest healer. I would recommend to read this book one day at a time, get a journal and write down how you’re feeling and know that each day will get slowly but surely better - no matter the length in which you loved or the depth in which you gave your heart to another. Time is a healer and you, my darling, are far more resilient than you think.
What if I fall? But what if I fly
