It serves to highlight key steps, serving as a guide during this critical time. During my 24+ years on active duty and, as a career strategist and leadership coach, I have assisted numerous service members with their transitions over the years, learning, guiding and taking a lot of notes. I did the research, read the books and came up with a plan of action for my own very successful transition and have passed that knowledge on to many others. Carolyn R. Owens is a United States Navy veteran and the Chairwoman and CEO of Infinity Coaching, Inc., which provides career, leadership and life coaching that moves individuals forward, allowing them to take COMMAND of their lives. With over 25 years of proven experience, she is a leading authority on leadership and professional development and has worked with, and trained top leaders across the globe.
