Introduction
The 17-Day Diet is comprised of four phases, each of which adjust the number of calories and carbohydrates the dieter intakes daily. Each phase lasts for seventeen days, the amount of time Dr. Moreno calculates that it takes the body to adjust to using stored energy - a key factor in weight loss. Rather than burn the current
