ExcerptLola’s Prayer Cocktail

Introduction

Sing to the LORD, all you godly ones! Praise his holy name. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning. Psalm 30:4-5

After a heart-to-heart with God during my everyday prayer session; He gave me the idea to write a book of poetry exploring the different stages of marriage. This book was fun to write in so many ways! As the scenarios would play in my mind I realized the ever changing complexities that marriages goes through on a daily basis.

Some scenarios recaptured moments in time from my marriage while others were simple enough to imagine. I wrote this book in about an hour, so feel free to indulge in
