Navy Seal Alphas - Rachel Real

    Chapter One

Rosie McGee turned her head to the sound of the shutters banging against her window. The terrible wind blew up her drapes and rain poured down into a puddle on her floor. Most days Rosie had a pretty uneventful life, tending to the daily chores on her sixty acre ranch. But this definitely wasn’t one of those days.

"Jesus! I don’t remember latching the barn doors," Rosie cried.

She stumbled through the front doors of her farmhouse as a gust of wind nearly blew open her silk robe.

I have to hurry or all the horses will escape! Rosie panicked. She picked up speed, running barefoot towards the double doors blown open in front of the barn. Her horses reared on their hind legs, feeling frightened by the howl of the wind and the deafening cracks of thunder.

As she prepared to slam the door shut, she overheard something wrestling in the hay in the back of the stables. Rosie tugged her robe closed and walked forward with a flashlight trembling in her hand.

If somebody else is in here, you better show your face or I’m gonna call the cops! Rosie warned.

Something hiding in the bales of hay rose upright and faced her. He lumbered a few steps forward, stark naked, and bleeding from his side. The man was taller and bigger than any man Rosie had ever seen. His firm muscular pecs flexed underneath the beam of the flashlight.  The stranger could hardly stand up straight. And after taking a few more staggering steps, he collapsed unconscious on the ground.

If I don’t get this man some first aid, he may not even survive through the night. Rosie figured. She trotted up next to the man’s giant body sprawled out on the ground. She couldn’t help but notice that he had a chiseled muscular back and thickly muscled shoulders. She ran over to a box of supplies she had hidden in the corner. Rosie
