I want to thank you and congratulate you for downloading the book, No Diet Weight Loss: The Simple No BS Plan to Lose Weight Without the Struggle

This book contains proven steps to help you lose weight without following a strict diet. I’m sure that many of you have tried various diets before, some that have worked and some that haven’t. Ultimately though, the problem with diets is that they don’t work in the long term. Severe or strict calorie restriction or food deprivation is ineffective to cultivate long term weight loss. It is necessary to come up with an organized, but realistic eating plan in order to lose the weight and keep it off. Yes you will need to follow some simple steps and stick to a plan, but the plan is not rigid, doesn’t cut out certain food groups, and allows you to still enjoy your meals, snacks and even dessert. You should think of the weight loss as a journey, with the final destination being improved health and wellness as well as a slimmer body.
If you are committed to this goal, you will be successful. The main thing is to realize that you are completely in control. If you want to achieve something, you can do it. You will have to change some bad habits and replace them with new healthier habits, but that’s what life is all about, growing, improving and hopefully getting better and wiser each day.

Chapter 1
My journey
Losing weight is a journey that many of us have embarked on in our lives. It requires dedication, determination, and strength to reach your weight loss goals, especially in our modern society filled with fast food, lack of time, perfection driven, everyone over sharing on social media etc. But the biggest factor in your journey to lose weight is your mindset. If you enter the process in the frame of mind, saying to yourself I can do this
, then you will. I know that seems and sounds simple, and it is, but science proves that people who believe they will be successful completing a task or reaching a goal, are 7x more likely to actually reach their goals. In essence, you have to believe it, before you can achieve it!
Now I know some of you may have heard this before. Maybe you didn’t believe it, or you maybe something inside you told you it was true, but you couldn’t let go of those nagging doubts that you couldn’t really lose weight. Either way, what’s past is past, and this is your chance for a new beginning. Not just a new beginning in terms of your weight loss goal, but a new beginning for your life. I’m here to tell you, you can do this.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself to hopefully give you some inspiration. My name is Faith Goodwin and I have struggled with my weight for years.
