The Selfish Syndrome Collection

About this ebook
All of these titles are books relating to stories that will hopefully make you think twice before doing and saying some of the things that we may do unconsciously. Due to the fact that we live in a fast paced world, we don’t always take a step out of our own shoes to see how we affect other people. We may not mean any harm, but may be causing a great deal to someone else. So, prayerfully, someone may read these books and find someone who’s “coat tail may need tugging.”
I don’t believe people are rude and selfish on purpose. I believe they may just be unaware that if their actions continue, then what goes around will surely come around and it will not feel good when they do, so please be mindful of others!

I Need a Little More Jesus and More!
J.D.
By now, I am sure many of you have saw the E-trade baby or maybe even the movie, Look Who’s Talking
or its sequel Look Who’s Talking Too.
With that in mind, you should not have a problem with me talking as well. Talking babies are nothing new to you.
My name is Juan Deau Conners. If you are having trouble with pronouncing it, do not worry or fret you are not alone. If this was a class, you would be doing very well, because you are actually in the 90%. I answer to John Doe Conners. That should clear up a lot of confusion for you. Not all but a lot. At this point, you are probably wondering if I or my parents were born in the United States of America or from abroad. I will not leave you wondering any longer. My parents are in their early twenties and are from the urban area of New York City. Their names are normal names that you may very well find in a name book and are typically spelled the same way all of the time. No raised eyebrows or jokes involved.
In view of the fact that I have already been scarred by this name at an early age of three months, I ask that you call me by my preferred name. Please call me Baby, Baby Boy Conners or JD is probably what I will use when I get them to see that that is the only name I will answer to if they want me to stop spitting up on them or crying.
My mother is a lawyer and my father is a regular joe
. Some people say he’s ghetto, but I am pretty sure my mom named me. Where does that leave me? It leaves me with the other prank names: Seymour Butts and Anita Cook.
Hope my dad sticks around, so that when I am able to start job hunting and design my resume, I can sit them both down and ask them why they had the audacity to give me a name, that people won’t stop laughing and shaking their heads at, then asking me to stop playing when I tell them what J.D. stands for. My grandparents actually thought about their names before they were given. Why in the heck would they play with me?! The audacity of the both of them! People when you name your children, I understand that you want to be different, but please don’t mistake that there’s a difference between being different and unique. If you want to play the name game, stick with the nick names please.
Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment. (Exodus 23:2)
Ernesha
Ernesha Olsen is driven and a motivated woman. All of her life, she has enjoyed the flashy cars and clothes. She prides herself in having all of the name brand items that the next girl could only dream of. Her goal in life was to be envied by all. She thought that God had made a mistake in which family she had been placed in. She was sure he meant to put her in an upper
