Lose the Relationship, Not Yourself - Jose L Riveramadera

Acknowledgments
First, I would like to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me the strength and wisdom I needed to look inward at some of my most painful breakups, and to see them as an opportunity to learn from and share with you all. My goal is to help you get through this difficult time as well. I hope that, together, we can find a way that will inspire you and keep you from making the same mistakes I’ve made. Also, I want to guide you through as you prepare to become the best version
of yourself and finally meet the person you’ve been waiting for.
Next, I would like to thank each and every one of the women who have come into my life in a romantic way, from my first love to the mothers of my children to the last relationship I had which ended in disaster a little over a year ago. Because of you, I’ve grown smarter, stronger, and hungrier in life. These are some of the most amazing ladies in the world. They blessed me with the opportunity to be their partner and their lover, and have undoubtedly helped me become the man I am today. For that, I will always be grateful.
Last but not least, I would like to thank my family and friends for all of their support and unconditional love. You’ve always been there for me when I needed you the most. This book is for you.
Introduction
There are moments in our lives when we feel hopeless and abandoned. Moments that makes us feel small, irrelevant, and unappreciated. They fill our minds with regret and disappointment. During these moments we often forget that feelings are only temporary and that nothing ever lasts forever. This is often the case during relationship breakups. We look to our friends and family for support, and even though they try their best to make us feel better, nothing can alleviate our suffering. It’s almost like we are unable to shake these feelings. They torment us and follow us wherever we go. We often look for explanations, something that will help us reason why things didn’t go according to plan.
How is it possible that the person we loved and cared about the most can simply walk away from our lives? How did we miss
