- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I'm not exactly proud of this, but I've seen every episode of Keeping Up With the Kardasians as well as the spin-offs. In the past I've thought that some of them were total fame-whores with minimal talent, but I'm happy to say that Khloe (my favorite of the bunch) has some terrific insight and should probably consider writing a blog.
The style of writing was conversational, which I love. It made Khloe feel somewhat relateable and I really felt like I was hearing from my wise older sister. The content was surprisingly good. She dishes out advice on body, mind, and heart and left me feeling inspired. I wish Khloe and I could be friends and I actually want to get a copy for my shelves so that I can look back on it. (I'm as surprised as you are.)
Side note: The workout playlist she includes, with the exception of a few songs, is superb. I've been using it in my workouts all week.1 person found this helpful
