Chapter 11 discusses an interactive modeling system for analysis of alternative decisions; Chapter 12 covers the structure of decision support systems. Chapters 13 to 15 review the group discussion during the conference about the issues for the future in DSS. This book will be of great interest to leaders, since it discusses the integration of technology in the interaction within an organization.
