The Author is a disabled woman who is almost of an age where it's safe to ask her how old she is. Born with cerebral l palsy, she have been confined to a wheelchair for her entire life. She has not let this slow her down however. Living in Community since 1988 she had battled the experts numerous times for the right to live life on her own terms. Getting her voice out in written form is just the latest in a long line of ways she has tried to be heard,
