1. Hot Harissa
Harissa is a traditional spicy sauce that is served alongside meat. It is usually high on the hotness quotient. However you can tweak it according to your tolerance level. Though a harissa that is too mild is not considered good. If you want to the recipe to retain the authentic taste, then allow it to be as hot as possible.
