My hands wouldn't stop shaking as I looked down at the non disclosure agreement on the table. The pen between my fingers waggled uncontrollably, making it hard to scratch my name across the signature line. I couldn't believe I was doing this. But I couldn't pass up the money either.

I slid the signed papers across the table. With the pen back on the hard wood, I dropped my hands to my lap and squeezed my thighs together, trying to ward off the butterflies in my stomach. I finally had a job, but even if the pay was good, I wasn't sure how well I would do at my new line of work.

Alright Miss Jeffries, if you would just follow me, said the woman across the table. She stood up and motioned towards the door of the office trailer. We'll just get the tour out of the way right now. Then you'll have the rest of the day to settle in.

I brushed a strand of loose hair from my face as I stood up nervously. As I followed the woman out of the trailer, I couldn't help but notice she wasn't much older than I was. And like myself, she was in great shape. It made sense. You'd have to look good to work on a ranch like this one.

Her name was Susie. Dressed in a tight fitting flannel top, the redhead ahead of me showed off ample cleavage with strategically popped buttons. Susie stopped in front of the door leading into the building. She looked back at me with a smile that left me uneasy. It's okay to be nervous Jenny. But if you want to work here, you are going to need to pull it together and push that nervousness down deep.
